Day 1 Istanbul – Tokyo
Meeting at Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Tokyo at 15:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK0050.
Day 2 Tokyo
Arrival in Tokyo at 08:45. After arrival and baggage claim, we proceed to the city center. Our first stop is the Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, the oldest Shinto temple (645) famous for its massive lanterns. Passing through the Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), you can buy souvenirs for your loved ones at Nakamise Street, Japan's first outdoor shopping mall with over 70 shops and taste local street delicacies. Next, we visit Ginza, Japan's luxury shopping center and perhaps the world's most famous street, named after "gin" (silver) and "za" (place) due to its history as Japan's silver mint until the great Kanto earthquake. At the end of our tour, we will walk among thousands of people at Shibuya, home to the world's most famous pedestrian crossing and the Hachiko statue. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.

Day 3 Tokyo-Kamakura-Yokohama-Tokyo
After breakfast at our hotel, we continue to discover the country's culture with Kamakura, Tokyo's oldest historical city. Kamakura is the region where the Shogun system was first established. Our visit starts at Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jōdo-shū sect, famous for its Great Buddha statue, which is one of Japan's most famous symbols. We will experience the ethnic fabric of the city by visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, one of Japan's most important Shinto shrines, and Komachi-dori Street. Then we head to Yokohama, one of Japan's three largest cities with a population of 3.7 million. Here we visit Yokohama China Town, the largest Chinese community in Japan for 160 years. Next, we’ll visit the famous Cup Noodle Museum. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Minato Mirai area, one of the central locations of the city. After that, transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel in Tokyo.

Day 4 Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Tokyo
After breakfast, we set off for our Hakone & Mount Fuji tour. Mount Fuji, with a height of 3776 meters, was included in UNESCO's World Heritage List in 2013 and is the highest mountain in Japan, known for its elegant conical shape. It is a sacred symbol of the country, and there are temples and shrines around and on the volcano. First, we visit Oshino Hakkai, a beautiful village with a mountain view, where we can taste local delicacies made with the water of Mount Fuji. We recommend trying the Japanese mochi mugwort rice cake in its hottest and finest version from the shops in the village, where you can try unique local dishes that you won't find anywhere else. Here we enjoy the breathtaking view with a cruise on Lake Ashi. Afterward, we take the cable car to the top and see Owakudani Valley, which means Great Boiling Valley. Later, transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo for overnight stay.

Day 5 Tokyo-Osaka
After breakfast, we travel to Osaka, the Capital city, by high-speed shinkansen. After arriving, we start our city tour with our vehicle waiting for us. Upon arriving in Osaka, considered the capital of gourmet food and Japan's third-largest city, we begin with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. The castle was constructed by "Toyotomi Hideyoshi," who provided national unification in Japan, known to have employed about 100,000 workers for its construction. After Osaka Castle, we visit Dotonbori, Osaka's popular food district. We experience the lively atmosphere of Dotonbori with iconic neon signs, street food, and shopping spots. After some free time in the city, we transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka
After breakfast at our hotel, we start our full-day tour to Kyoto. First, we will visit Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple completely covered in gold leaf on its upper two floors, representing the peak of its kind with a pond garden design, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, which was featured in the film "Memoirs of a Geisha." This shrine is dedicated to the rice deity Inari and has over a thousand Torii gates. Along the path decorated with Torii gates and statues of foxes, which are believed to be the messengers of deity Inari, you will see the ancient roots of Japan. After exploring Kyoto's historical district, famous for its geishas, we visit the Bamboo Grove park. After our visit, we return to our hotel in Osaka for an overnight stay.

Day 7 Osaka – Nara – Kobe – Osaka
After breakfast, we continue our tour in the ancient city of Nara. Nara is the first capital of Japan (710) and home to the largest and oldest temples. First, we visit Todaiji Temple, the world's largest wooden structure, which houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Afterward, we visit the deers in Nara Park, the messengers of the gods. You will have a great time with deers that are not afraid of people, even feeding them crackers sold in the area. Then, we start our tour of Kobe city. Kobe, one of Japan’s ten largest cities, is famous for its beef and is a port city, known as the major sake-producing city in Japan. Our first stop is Kobe Mosaic, an entertainment shopping center. After our exploration and experiencing shopping and local flavors, we will visit the Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum. The museum features life-like images of the devastation caused by the earthquake, a documentary illustrating the recovery process, and various interactive games related to disaster prevention. At the end of our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.

Day 8 Osaka – Rinku Premium Outlet – Istanbul
After breakfast and free time, we arrive at Rinku Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlets, home to many brands. We have free time in the outlet where we can find international and Japanese brands at affordable prices. We will then transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul at 22:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK0087. The next day we will arrive in Istanbul at 05:40.
