- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 45 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 45 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will apply, and for cancellations 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty will be applied. Cancellation requests accompanied by hospital reports, work permit documents, etc. obtained from authorities in Turkey will unfortunately not be accepted for cancellations of their hotel and services abroad. - To make purchases during the tour in all countries included in the program, it is sufficient to carry USD. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to have a sweater or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is carried out daily for the seating plan, so a fixed seat and front seat guarantee cannot be given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a minimum 3-day accommodation requirement to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad. - The limit for duty-free shopping when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guides on the tour program can make changes in the program flow, provided they show all the places mentioned in the program depending on weather and road conditions. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If there is insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notice date will be 20 days before the departure of the tour. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning the name in the tour program, and/or when options are provided for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour. - Triple rooms can be provided depending on the hotels' availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds are foldable and are referred to as coach beds, so tour participants are deemed to have accepted potential tightness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for 3rd persons and/or children. Child discounts are valid only for a single child who is within the age group staying with 2 adults. - The breakfast services included in the tour are generally presented as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and suitable for the breakfast culture of the country where the hotel is located. It may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to generally introduce the cities and consist of maximum 2-3 hour tours made by vehicle with a guide's narration, not including museum or site entry fees. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours if local authorities do not allow visits or entry on days and times indicated in the program due to road closures or the tours become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot in locations where vehicle access is not allowed. - During travel, the waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel is not responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and transportation used for the extra tours may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the status of museums and sites being open/closed and weather conditions at the places to be visited. - Extra tours are subject to the participant's wish and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a convenient rest area along the road. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the start of the extra tour and picked up from the point they were dropped off afterward. - For attendees of flights with tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal tasks, and the guests must complete them at the airline counters at the airports or online on the airlines' websites before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for guests who are not ready at the specified time at the airport indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or for those who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss the flight will bear all expenses for new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the region they are going to in order to participate in the tour. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays during scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to notify of any changes as soon as possible. Passengers have accepted the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The vehicle types listed below are determined based on the number of participants in each tour. Buses: Used for 25-46 people Midibuses: Used for 17-24 people Minibuses: Used for up to 16 people. - All guests are deemed to have accepted the sale of the tour by accepting the items listed above.
