CANCELLATION, REFUND AND CHANGE TERMS

Travel services, transfers, hotels, airline tickets, and other tourism services purchased through Arma Tour Travel Agency are subject to the availability and rules of the relevant service providers.

The user making the reservation is deemed to have accepted the following terms upon completing the purchase.

• The cancellation and refund rights for early reservations, promotional, or campaign services may be limited.
• The cancellation rules of the relevant provider apply for airline tickets, hotels, and tour services.

3. Refund Terms

• Arma Tour Travel Agency is not responsible for delays arising from bank or credit card processes.
• Partial or full refunds may not be possible for services not used at the user's own request.
• Payments for approved refund transactions will be made in accordance with the used payment method.

• Some change transactions may require additional fees.
• Last-minute changes may incur price differences.

5. Force Majeure

Arma Tour Travel Agency cannot be held responsible for changes occurring due to weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, official decisions, strikes, transportation cancellations, or similar force majeure circumstances.

In these cases, the procedures implemented by the relevant service provider will be valid.
