DISTANCE SERVICE SALES AGREEMENT

1. Parties

This Distance Service Sales Agreement has been established electronically between Arma Tur Tourism Travel Agency (“SELLER”) and the user who purchases services through the website (“BUYER”).

1. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and execution of tourism, transfer, hotel reservation, airplane ticket, and other services purchased by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

1. Service and Payment

• Information about the purchased service is specified during the reservation process.
• The service fee is the amount specified on the payment screen.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or online payment systems.
• All payments are collected in Turkish Lira (TL).

1. Reservation Confirmation

The reservation process is finalized after the payment is successfully completed.

The SELLER will inform the BUYER in case of inability to complete the reservation due to technical errors or reasons originating from the service provider.

1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• Cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the type of service purchased.
• The rules of the relevant service provider are valid for airline tickets, hotels, and tour services.
• Refund rights may be limited for promotional or specially priced services.
• Detailed information is provided on the “Cancellation and Refund Conditions” page on the website.

1. Force Majeure

The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, weather conditions, official authority decisions, transportation cancellations, and similar circumstances.

1. Personal Data Protection

Personal data belonging to the BUYER is processed in accordance with the applicable KVKK legislation.

1. Enforcement

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon completing the reservation and payment process on the website.
