Meeting at Turkish Airlines Counter in Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Seoul at 01:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK0090. Arrival in Seoul at 17:40. After arrival and baggage claim, we transfer from the airport to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Seoul.

Day 2 Seoul (28.05.2026)
We start the day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel and then begin our city tour of Seoul.
During our city tour, we will see Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong Antique Street, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Myeongdong Street panoramically. Our first stop is Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, which is generally referred to as the Northern Palace since it is located furthest north compared to its neighboring palaces, Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeonghuigung (Western Palace). Next, we will tour Bukchon Hanok Village, which means Northern Village. Hanok are Korea's traditional houses, and there are approximately 700 Hanok in this village. Then, we will transfer to Myeongdong, the most famous shopping and fashion area in Korea. We provide free time for shopping and street delicacies on Myeondong Street. Transfer to our hotel.

Day 3 Seoul – Osaka (29.05.2026)
After breakfast, we transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Osaka with local airlines. Upon arrival in Osaka, we start our tour in Osaka, which is considered the gourmet food capital of Japan and the third largest city in Japan. Osaka literally means "Great Hill" or "Great Slope." During our city tour in Osaka, we first visit Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. The castle is known to have been built by "Toyotomi Hideyoshi," who established national unity in Japan during the 16th century, with an average of 100,000 workers involved in its construction. After visiting Osaka Castle, we will explore Dotonbori, a popular food district in Osaka. We will experience the vibrant atmosphere of Dotonbori with its iconic neon signs, street food, and shopping venues. After some free time in the city, we will transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 Osaka – Kyoto – Osaka (30.05.2026)
After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full-day tour of Kyoto. First, we visit Kinkakuji Temple, a Zen temple fully covered in gold leaf and representing the pinnacle of garden design with a pond, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Next, we visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, featured in the memories of a Geisha film. The shrine is dedicated to Inari, the rice deity and features over a thousand Torii gates. On the path adorned with Torii gates and statues of foxes believed to be the messengers of Inari, you will see the ancient roots of Japan. After our visit to the historic district of Kyoto, famous for its geishas, we will visit the Bamboo Grove. After our tour, we will return to our hotel in Osaka for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we continue our tour with the ancient city of Nara. Nara was the former capital of Japan (710) and has the largest and oldest temples. First, we visit Todai-ji Temple, which is the largest wooden structure in the world. It houses one of Japan's largest bronze Buddha statues (Daibutsu). Then we visit the sacred Nara Park where the messengers of the gods, the deer, await us. You will have a great time with the deer that do not shy away from people and can be fed with crackers sold nearby. Afterwards, we arrive at Rinku Premium Outlet, one of Japan's largest outlets that houses many shops. We will have free time in the outlet, where we can find international and Japanese brands at reasonable prices. At the end of our tour, we will transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 Osaka – Tokyo (01.06.2026)
After breakfast, we travel to Tokyo by Shinkansen high-speed train. Upon arrival, we start our city tour with the vehicle waiting for us. Our first destination is the Asakusa/Senso-ji Temple, the oldest Shinto temple (645) known for its massive lanterns that encapsulate the ambiance of Tokyo. Passing through the Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate), you can purchase gifts for your loved ones on Nakamise Street, which has over 70 shops and is Japan's first open-air shopping street, and enjoy local street snacks. Next, we continue to Ginza, Japan's luxury shopping center and one of the world's most famous streets, which derives its name from the kanji meaning "silver (gin) and place (za)" as it served as Japan's silver mint until 1800. At the end of our tour, we will walk with thousands of people across the world-famous pedestrian crossing at Shibuya, where the Hachiko statue is located. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Hakone – Lake Ashi – Tokyo (02.06.2026)
After breakfast, we set off for our tour of Hakone & Mt. Fuji. With a height of 3776 meters, Mt. Fuji became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2013 and is the highest mountain in Japan, renowned for its elegant conical shape. It is a sacred symbol of the country, and there are temples and shrines around and on the volcano. First, we arrive at Oshino Hakkai village, known as Japan's most beautiful village, where we taste local delicacies made from Mt. Fuji's water. We recommend trying the mochi mugwort rice cake, the hottest and finest version you can find nowhere else. Here, we will enjoy a boat tour on Lake Ashi to appreciate this magnificent view. Then, we will ascend by cable car to see Owakudani Valley, meaning "Great Boiling Valley." Afterwards, we will transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo for an overnight stay.

Day 8 Tokyo-Kamakura-Yokohama-Istanbul
After having our breakfast at the hotel, we continue to explore Japan with the historical city of Kamakura. Kamakura is where the Shogunate system was first established in Japan. We start our visit with the Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jōdo-shū sect, famous for the Great Buddha statue of Kamakura, one of Japan's most famous symbols. We will also visit Tsurugaoka Hachimangu, one of the most important Shinto shrines in Japan, and stroll down Komachi-dori to experience the city's ethnic fabric. Then we head to Yokohama, Japan's third-largest city with a population of 3.7 million. Here, we will visit Yokohama China Town, Japan's largest Chinese town, which is 160 years old. At the end of our tour, we will have free time in the Minato Mirai area, one of the most central places in Yokohama, where we can experience the city's essence. Afterwards, we will transfer to the airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK0199 at 21:45. Our guests are required to participate in the tours specified in the tour program and not disrupt it, and thus agree to pay the amounts notified in advance regarding the expenses that will arise for local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and if applicable, audio system fees to the tour official during the trip. - Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 45 days before the tour date. In the case of cancellation less than 45 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if it is 20 days or less before, a 100% penalty will be applied. The cancellation request by the participant, along with documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission documents obtained from Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services abroad.
- To make purchases and expenditures in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry USD. In areas where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied in the daily seating arrangement, and fixed seats and front row seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad.
- The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is:
Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (except for alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- The guides can change the program flow as long as they show everywhere specified in the program, depending on the weather and road conditions during the tour.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last notification of cancellation is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program or alternative options are found for the same destination, hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located more than the specified distances. In such a case, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple Rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple Rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are such that they are made as folding or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to accept the potential congestion and bed type in the rooms for 3rd persons and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child that meets the age group staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts taken at the hotel included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for a general introduction of the cities and are done from the vehicle with a guide narration, not including museum or archaeological site admissions, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to local authority prohibitions on entry or the closure of roads due to any event. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if permitted.
- During travel, waiting times at border customs crossed by road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations resulting from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, these excursions may not be held, or extra tour prices, contents, and the vehicles to be used may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites in the destinations to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory for participants. Those who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting in a suitable rest facility along the way. These guests will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the place they were left after the completion of the tour.
- For those participating in air tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airport with the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for those who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and related transfers in the destination area for those who miss the flight are their responsibility.
- Viyatravel serves as an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the existing excursion and flight times may change. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about such changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of hour changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from payment of airport fees and airport service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows:
Buses: Used for 25 - 46 participants
Midibuses: Used for 17 - 24 participants
Minibuses: Used for up to 16 participants.
- All guests are deemed to have confirmed their acceptance of the aforementioned items by making the purchase of the tour.
