- Guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 45 days before the tour date. In the case of cancellation less than 45 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies, and if it is 20 days or less before, a 100% penalty will be applied. The cancellation request by the participant, along with documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission documents obtained from Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services abroad. - To make purchases and expenditures in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry USD. In areas where the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) is applied in the daily seating arrangement, and fixed seats and front row seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad. - The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (except for alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guides can change the program flow as long as they show everywhere specified in the program, depending on the weather and road conditions during the tour. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last notification of cancellation is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program or alternative options are found for the same destination, hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located more than the specified distances. In such a case, Viyatravel will provide information 15 days before the tour departure. - Triple Rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple Rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are such that they are made as folding or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to accept the potential congestion and bed type in the rooms for 3rd persons and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child that meets the age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts taken at the hotel included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu known as continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for a general introduction of the cities and are done from the vehicle with a guide narration, not including museum or archaeological site admissions, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to local authority prohibitions on entry or the closure of roads due to any event. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if permitted. - During travel, waiting times at border customs crossed by road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations resulting from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, these excursions may not be held, or extra tour prices, contents, and the vehicles to be used may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites in the destinations to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory for participants. Those who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting in a suitable rest facility along the way. These guests will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the place they were left after the completion of the tour. - For those participating in air tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the airport with the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's websites before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for those who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and related transfers in the destination area for those who miss the flight are their responsibility. - Viyatravel serves as an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or the existing excursion and flight times may change. Viyatravel is obliged to inform about such changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of hour changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from payment of airport fees and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows: Buses: Used for 25 - 46 participants Midibuses: Used for 17 - 24 participants Minibuses: Used for up to 16 participants. - All guests are deemed to have confirmed their acceptance of the aforementioned items by making the purchase of the tour.
