IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist with visa applications if passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from not providing the required documents for the visa on time and completely.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• As hotels have the practice of extra beds in triple rooms, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may be no 3rd bed option. The AGENCY will inform its guests during the sales process for packages that include such hotels.
• Child prices are only valid if the child stays with their parents in the same room and if they are the 3rd or 4th person. For the 0-2 age child application, the child must be under 2 years old on the tour return date, and for the 3-12 age child application, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the tour return date.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
• If participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENCY will inform its guests of cancellation/change at least 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• There is a 20 kg baggage allowance on domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program as long as the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. If participation is insufficient, they may not be held. In case of insufficient participant numbers, prices may be revised by the guide, and new arrangements may be made.
• For extra tours that will be held along the way, our guests who will not participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that are not permitted to be visited for any reason by local authorities during the tour will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• In cases of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is applicable.
• During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are formal dinners, and it is advisable that every male passenger has at least one suit and females have at least one evening dress.
• The restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner during the cruise will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at the previously determined places from the first meal to the last meal on the ship.
• During check-in on the ship, every passenger (for couples, only 1 person) must present their credit card or deposit cash at the ship's reception while receiving cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The EURO currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. You can learn all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hairdryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, specific color luggage tags will be sent to you along with your ship ticket for all of our group's luggage. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late evening on the day of the ship's first departure. This is a situation resulting from the density and crowds and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to put your essential items in a small carry-on bag to take with you on the first day you board the ship.
• It is essential to adhere to the ship’s departure times. At the ports, entry to the ship must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency is not responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage by attaching the tags that will be given to you the night before to your cabins and leaving them at your cabin doors by midnight. After the exit procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST TAKES THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS, AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
