cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation
will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour proceeds, English-language guiding may be provided.
When only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options
for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or
in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
Triple room type is not available. As extra beds consist of beds called folding beds and coach beds,
tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in dbl+chd reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults who falls within the applicable age group.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture
of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast,
and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and
conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering
the relevant locations on the day and at the time of the tour, or due to roads being closed because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible
due to weather conditions, Fly Express shall not be responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport
or on foot where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency.
The updated times will be communicated by your agency together with the tour information.
Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased their domestic connecting flight
from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is cancelled by the agency
or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, all material and non-material losses that may arise due to
the cancellation or modification of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means and without any delay.
Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers by their own means.
Fly Express is not responsible if guests fail to take their flight because they are not present at the specified airport at the times notified
in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding
procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining the new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss
the flight to participate in the tour, and their transfers in the destination region, etc., shall be borne by them.
The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity cards of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility,
and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, there is no obligation
to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
In cases such as illness, loss or theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany
guests individually in such adverse situations.
When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as stated in the passport, date of birth and passport number correctly.
Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalty fees resulting from incorrect information
will be collected from you.
On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed when using the bus during the tour.
During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests are the departure times, meaning the time when the vehicle's wheels start moving. Our guide,
who is responsible for ensuring equal consideration of all our guests' rights, will move the vehicle at the meeting times without waiting.
In case of a possible delay, the late guest must reach the next stop by their own means.
Optional tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient
numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants.
In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations
are open/closed and according to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
In our classic packages where optional tours are not included, optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory.
Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route.
These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off
after the tour is completed.
In programs where optional tours are included, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation
or to the guide during the tour.
The participant accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours scheduled and specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly

Fly Express is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays
on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Passengers may travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months
from the end date of the trip.
The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic
of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
Having complete passports and tour documents does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority not to admit you
into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports,
such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport.
Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
As guests under the age of 18 may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the parents
when travelling alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents
show sensitivity on this matter.
