Day 1 ISTANBUL We meet at Istanbul New Airport international departures terminal three hours before the flight (one day before the flight). Day 2 ISTANBUL – CAPE TOWN After baggage, ticketing, and boarding procedures, our flight to Cape Town begins with Turkish Airlines scheduled service. We spend the night on the plane. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we proceed to our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport and begin our Cape Town city tour, enjoying our traditional welcome drink. Our first stop on the tour is Table Mountain, where we can enjoy a 360-degree view, and we take the cable car up to this 1,087-meter-high mountain to capture magnificent views of the city and the ocean. (Subject to weather conditions) Cape Town, located at the southernmost tip of Africa, is not only a historic city known for its freedom struggles but also a city dazzling with natural beauty. Parliament Building, Company Gardens, Long Street, Castle of Good Hope, Reibeck Statue, Adderley Street, and the Bo-Kaap district are among the places we will see. After a walking break at Sea Point and Camps Bay for wonderful ocean views, we transfer to our hotel and check in. After a rest and settling-in break, we meet in the lobby at the time determined by our guide and head to a local restaurant for our Welcome Dinner in South Africa. We will taste the magnificent flavors of South African cuisine and enjoy a pleasant evening overlooking the ocean. Afterwards, transfer back to our hotel and free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 3 CAPE TOWN After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Full-Day Cape Point & Hout Bay Tour with lunch. Passing through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Clifton, we arrive at the fishing town of Hout Bay. (Subject to weather conditions) By boat, we go out to see the African fur seals in their natural environment at Seal Island and have plenty of opportunities to take photos. Then, by bus, we continue along Chapman’s Peak Road built on granite rocks, to Cape Point discovered by Bartolomeo Diaz and the lighthouse, one of the highest in the world, reached by funicular. As part of the Cape Floral region, one of the richest flora areas on the UNESCO World Heritage list, our Cape Point visit will allow us to see 250 bird species as well as African antelope, Cape zebra, various reptiles, baboons, and cute African penguins. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 4 CAPE TOWN After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Full-Day Stellenbosch & Franschhoek Tour with lunch. In Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa, we visit a farm where some of South Africa’s finest wines are produced. The town, the heart of South Africa’s wine industry, contains 106 cellars in the Stellenbosch Wine Origin region. The town’s center is located in the middle of the oak-lined Dorp Street. Then we see Stellenbosch University, where its distinguished old buildings blend history and modern student life with architectural heritage. We will have free time for shopping in the city’s boutique and historic shops. Then we go to Girrafe House and learn about wildlife and see giraffes. Our next stop is Franschhoek, founded by the French in the 17th century and regarded as South Africa’s Food and Wine Capital. This charming town is one of the places with the finest examples of Cape architecture and is today one of the most popular destinations for tourists. Settled over three hundred years ago by French Huguenots, Franschhoek Valley produces some of the world’s finest wines with its magnificent vineyards covering the mountain slopes, where we enjoy wine tasting at a local wine estate. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 5 CAPE TOWN After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Full-Day South African Symbols Tour with lunch. Our first stop is Ostrich Ranch Cape Town, where during our visit to the ostrich farm we will have the opportunity to see all aspects of ostrich breeding and farming, including leather product production. Then Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, covering 36 hectares of cultivated garden and 528 hectares in total, is a celebration of South African flora. In this garden, where only native South African plants are displayed, Fynbos, Proteas, cycads, and rolling lawns, streams, ponds, and well-arranged paths for easy walking are all intertwined. After enjoying the magnificent scenery and various bird species in the garden, we go to the Treetop Canopy walkway, which offers visitors the chance to experience the forest from above ground. This galvanized steel structure awaits you for an adventure crowned above the forest among the trees and branches. Afterwards, transfer to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront district. Free time for shopping at South Africa’s most popular shopping destination, with more than 450 retail outlets selling everything from fashion, home goods, antiques, jewelry, and technology. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Cape Town and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 6 CAPE TOWN – JOHANNESBURG – PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer by private bus to Cape Town Airport. Flight to Johannesburg with local airlines. Upon arrival, we meet the vehicle waiting for us and depart for our Lion Park tour. This magnificent park, where we will have the opportunity to see animals up close such as lions, wild dogs, cheetahs, giraffes, and baby lions, will be one of the most enjoyable stops of our South Africa adventure. Afterwards, transfer to Pilanesberg National Park. After a journey of approximately 2 hours, upon arrival we check into our lodges. Together with our safari guides (rangers), we will enjoy a Boma Bush Dinner under the stars in the “Big 5” reserve, where elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos roam. Accommodation at our lodges. Day 7 PILANESBERG – SUN CITY We leave the hotel at sunrise for our safari tour. Then, on our safari vehicles, we will have the chance to spend unforgettable hours surrounded by nature and create unique memories. In Pilanesberg National Park, we will witness the daily life of various wild animals living in a natural volcanic environment among the mountains. During our tour, we will have the chance to see the most dangerous game animals known as the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino, as well as 350 bird species, 65 reptiles, and hundreds of different animal species. After the safari tour, we return to our lodges and have breakfast. After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Sun City, which can be called a desert paradise. Free time all day to participate in various activities in Sun City. Known as South Africa’s Las Vegas, this city attracts thousands of tourists with its casinos, golf facilities, luxurious hotels equipped with spectacular sports and entertainment activities every year, and the magical The Lost City. Accommodation at our hotel in Sun City. Day 8 SUN CITY – JOHANNESBURG After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we depart for our Johannesburg city tour. In our panoramic city tour, Downtown, Houghton, Mandela House, Rosebank, and Sandton are among the places we will see. Afterwards, we depart for our Full-Day Lesedi African Village Tour with lunch. Lesedi consists of several different farms and traditional villages. Upon arrival, we will experience a lively and traditional welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. Then we will visit the Ndebele Village and the craft market, where wall paintings decorate the walls and courtyard. Afterwards, we will have the chance to watch a very visual theater performance about the history and origins of South Africa. After lunch here, return to your hotel in Johannesburg and free time. Accommodation at our hotel. Day 9 JOHANNESBURG – PRETORIA – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and depart for our Pretoria tour. First, we will visit the world’s largest Nelson Mandela statue, which is 9 meters high. Then arrival in Pretoria. As one of South Africa’s three capitals, Pretoria is the country’s administrative capital. During the Pretoria city tour, famous for its three major universities and jacaranda trees, we will see the Paul Kruger Statue, Church Square, the President’s Office, the Union Buildings, Kruger House, and Melrose House. Afterwards, we walk with our guide to Nelson Mandela Square for a shopping tour. Then transfer to the airport. After baggage, ticketing, and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled service. We spend the night on the plane. Day 10 ISTANBUL With our arrival at Istanbul New Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

Due to the dates, the Boma Bush Dinner cannot be arranged in the tour program with departure dates of October 26 and November 06. Instead, dinner will

 Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation
cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation
will be notified to you through your agency.
 In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour proceeds, English-language guiding may be provided.
 When only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options
for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
 During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or
in a different city. In such a case, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
 Triple room type is not available. As extra beds consist of beds called folding beds and coach beds,
tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in dbl+chd reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults who falls within the applicable age group.
 Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture
of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast,
and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
 Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and
conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances.
If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering
the relevant locations on the day and at the time of the tour, or due to roads being closed because of any event, or if the tour becomes impossible
due to weather conditions, Fly Express shall not be responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport
or on foot where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
 Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency.
The updated times will be communicated by your agency together with the tour information.
 Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing a domestic flight. If the guest purchased their domestic connecting flight
from a different product provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency if the trip is cancelled by the agency
or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance, upon purchasing the tour, all material and non-material losses that may arise due to
the cancellation or modification of the tour.  Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
 In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.
 Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means and without any delay.
Otherwise, they will arrange all their transfers by their own means.
 Fly Express is not responsible if guests fail to take their flight because they are not present at the specified airport at the times notified
in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding
procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining the new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss
the flight to participate in the tour, and their transfers in the destination region, etc., shall be borne by them.
 The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / identity cards of persons participating in the tour are their own responsibility,
and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. In cases where forgotten belongings are found, there is no obligation
to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
 In cases such as illness, loss or theft, since the integrity and continuation of the group are essential for the guide, the guide cannot accompany
guests individually in such adverse situations.

 When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to provide the name as stated in the passport, date of birth and passport number correctly.
Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Ticket cancellation and change penalty fees resulting from incorrect information
will be collected from you.
 On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to a fee.
 Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed when using the bus during the tour.
 During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests are the departure times, meaning the time when the vehicle's wheels start moving. Our guide,
who is responsible for ensuring equal consideration of all our guests' rights, will move the vehicle at the meeting times without waiting.
In case of a possible delay, the late guest must reach the next stop by their own means.
 Optional tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient
numbers are not reached, excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants.
In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations
are open/closed and according to weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
 In our classic packages where optional tours are not included, optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory.
Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route.
These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off
after the tour is completed.
 In programs where optional tours are included, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation
or to the guide during the tour.
 The participant accepts in advance that they will participate in the tours scheduled and specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and accordingly
will separately pay the tour official during the trip the amount previously notified in the tour program for payments related to expenses such as local guides,
museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if any. The participant has been fully and completely
informed on this matter.
 When only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s)
where you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.
 Fly Express is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays
on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
 There is no visa requirement for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Passengers may travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months
from the end date of the trip.
 The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. Guests holding a passport other than that of the Republic
of Türkiye must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
 Having complete passports and tour documents does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport police have the authority not to admit you
into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger. 
 To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports,
such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport.
Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 
 As guests under the age of 18 may be asked by police officers at country entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of the parents
when travelling alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that our guests under the age of 18 and their parents
show sensitivity on this matter.
