01. DAY ISTANBUL AIRPORT – DOHA
Meeting with our valued guests at 17:30 at the Qatar Airways counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After passport, baggage, and check-in procedures, departure to Doha with Qatar Airways flight QR 246 at 20:10. Overnight on the plane.
02. DAY DOHA – JOHANNESBURG
Arrival in Doha at 00:10 local time. Following our arrival, after passport and check-in procedures for transit, we depart for Johannesburg on Qatar Airways flight QR 1363 at 02:35. Arrival in Johannesburg at 10:00 local time. After meeting our guide at the airport, we begin our panoramic Johannesburg city tour with our private vehicle waiting for us. During our panoramic city tour, the city center, Houghton-Mandela House, Rosebank, and Sandton are among the places we will see. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Check-in and room assignment, then free time. Overnight at our hotel in Johannesburg.
03. DAY JOHANNESBURG – SUN CITY
After breakfast, we depart for the Sun City region. On the way, guests who wish may join the optional Lion Park tour (90 USD). In our Lion Park tour, we will have the opportunity to see the rare white lions playing in their natural environment. Then, guests who wish may participate in the optional lunch tour of Lesedi Cultural Village (100 USD). Lesedi is a cultural village where you can closely observe the lifestyles, dances, traditions, and customs of the Black tribes living in South Africa. At the beginning of the tour, a video presentation explains the history of Black cultures, after which we are divided into small groups and enter the areas displaying the home life of the Zulu, Xhosa, Basotho, and Pedi tribes. Afterwards, we watch cultural African dances. Our lunch, included in the optional tour, will be taken at Lesedi Cultural Village with traditional African cuisine. After visiting Lesedi Village, we continue on our way and arrive in Sun City, where we will carry out our panoramic city tour. Sun City is unique among resort destinations with its combination of many features, situated on the grasslands of South Africa’s North West province, on the shore of a peaceful lake and surrounded by the majestic mountains of Pilanesberg. Sun City attracts thousands of tourists every year with its magnificent sports and entertainment activities, four- and five-star hotels, and the magical Lost City. After our panoramic city tour upon arrival, we settle into our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Sun City.
04. DAY SUN CITY
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Pilanesberg Safari Tour (185 USD). On our safari tour to be conducted with safari vehicles in Pilanesberg National Park, we will have the chance to spend unforgettable hours in the midst of nature, where we will observe the daily life of various wild animals living in a volcanic natural environment among the mountains in Pilanesberg National Park. During our tour, we will have the opportunity to see the Big Five, namely lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and hippopotamus, as well as 350 bird species, 65 reptile species, and hundreds of different animal species. After the safari, we transfer to our hotel for rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Guests who wish may also join an extra safari at sunset in addition to the sunrise safari. (185 USD)
05. DAY SUN CITY – JOHANNESBURG – CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport to take our Johannesburg – Cape Town flight. En route, an optional Elephant and Monkey Park tour will be organized for guests who wish (155 USD). In the Elephant Park, you will interact with elephants and touch their uniquely designed body parts. During the tour, you will meet the rangers and understand the value of the special trust-based relationship they share with the elephants and be a part of it. You will also learn much more interesting facts in the field of anatomy about how elephants are uniquely created and structured. In the Monkey Park, you will have an interactive experience with monkeys and lemurs living freely in a natural and exotic forest, with the chance to hug and touch them. After the tour, we arrive at the airport and take our flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival in Cape Town, we board our private vehicle waiting for us and begin our panoramic city tour. Parliament Building, Company Gardens, Long Street, Castle of Good Hope, Reibeck Statue, and Adderley Street are among the places to be seen. After the city tour, we transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight at our hotel.
06. DAY CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at our hotel, free time for the entire day. Opportunity for shopping, rest, and sightseeing. Guests who wish may join our optional Cape of Good Hope tour (with lunch) (190 USD). Passing through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Llandudno, we arrive at the fishing village of Hout Bay. We go out by boat to see the Cape Fur Seals on Duiker Island. Then, passing through Chapman’s Peak or Constantia Nek, we see the African penguins at Boulders Beach near Simon’s Town. After lunch at Black Marlin Seafood Restaurant with an ocean view, the Cape of Good Hope, discovered by Bartolomeu Dias, the southwesternmost point of Africa, and Cape Point, where the world’s highest lighthouse is located, will be seen by funicular. Afterwards, we return to Cape Town via various coastal towns. Overnight at our hotel.
07. DAY CAPE TOWN
After breakfast, free time. With guests who wish, an optional Table Mountain & Stellenbosch Wine Farms tour (with lunch) (185 USD) will be organized. First, we set off on a tour where we will taste the region’s famous wines. After a 45-minute journey, we arrive at KWV Wine Emporium, where we first tour the cellars and then do a tasting. Then we move to the town of Stellenbosch, founded in 1679, and take a panoramic city tour in this town famous for its wines, oak trees, and university. After lunch at the restaurant of Tokara Wine Farm, you can ascend to the 1,087-meter summit of Table Mountain and lose yourself in the enchanting view. Afterwards, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

08. DAY CAPE TOWN – DOHA
After breakfast at the hotel, we complete our check-out procedures. Free time until transfer time. Then we transfer to Cape Town Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us. After passport and baggage procedures, departure to Doha with Qatar Airways flight QR 1370 at 13:00. Overnight on the plane.
09. DAY DOHA – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Arrival in Doha at 23:35 local time. After the transfer here, departure to Istanbul with Qatar Airways flight QR 239 at 02:05. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 06:20 local time. End of our tour.
- Prices are calculated per person in a double room.
- For reservations made, a penalty fee will be applied for the Johannesburg–Cape Town flight in cancellations made 90 days before the travel date. This fee varies between 150 and 200 Euros.
- In the event of possible delays on domestic flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town, operational changes may occur.
- Hotel check-in time is between 14:00–16:00, and check-out time is between 10:00–12:00.
- If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels to be accommodated will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
- Due to occupancy, hotel changes may occur; however, the hotel category will not change.
- Twin beds may be available in some hotels. During hotel accommodation, requests for room type changes are at the hotel’s discretion.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The flight times stated in the program have been taken from the relevant airline. Our agency is not responsible for any changes in flight times. Therefore, in case of any time changes, the program may be revised.
- The name, surname, and date of birth information provided during reservation must be complete and correct as stated in the passport. Name verification will not be made later.
- Hotel vouchers and flight tickets will be sent to you three days before the tour departure date.
- Changes may be made to optional tours due to weather conditions. In such cases, our company reserves the right to make the necessary arrangements.
- All guests are required to have their round-trip flight tickets and hotel accommodation documents with them. Responsibility for entry into the country of guests without printed tickets rests with them.
- We recommend that our guests enable international use on their mobile phones.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It is usually in the form of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed accepted by the guest.
- Child discounts are valid only for one child staying in the same room with two adults and meeting the age criteria.
- Breakfasts at hotels are served in a continental style suitable to the culture of the destination country and may sometimes be served in a separate hall for groups.
TOURS & EXCURSIONS
- Panoramic city tours stated in the program are introductory tours lasting approximately 2–3 hours, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary. They do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- Tours may be canceled or their contents changed due to restrictions imposed by local authorities, road closures, or unfavorable weather conditions. Our company is not responsible in such cases. Where necessary, tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot.
OTHER MATTERS
- Cancellations or changes are not possible for promotional and early booking package tours.
- Our company acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Delays and schedule changes may occur on scheduled or charter flights. Such situations are deemed to have been accepted in advance by the guests. Children aged 0–2 do not pay airport tax and service fee.
TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITION
- The tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, cancellation information will be communicated to you through your agency no later than 20 days before the tour departure.
