After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK698 at 02:15 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination. Upon our arrival at 04:25 local time, transfer to our hotel.
After our check-in procedures, settle into the rooms and overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and make the most of the unique sea. Guests who wish may participate in extra tours organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantage Travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the region density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- When only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service is also included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.
- Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the specified km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours, without museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program when places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for abroad travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, as well as the general conditions and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise based on the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only performs the role of an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the preparation of the required documents (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date the guest proves with the passport that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may change. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotel, the hotel blocks it according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Fines may be imposed by the police of the relevant country on guests who do not have their travel insurance with them. If a penalty is encountered due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/more than one country, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted on the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days as long as the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or conducted for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
- Air seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards / screens at the airports. These should be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to have their airline tickets upgraded with miles may only do so after their tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the air seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if available, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be moved from group class to upgradable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
- Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person from both parents. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
