IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Due to regional density or season, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of sale by the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation or change to an extra tour. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries, with guide commentary from inside the vehicle.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because, on the day and time of the tour, places to be visited are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Our tour programs include guide meet-and-greet at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be carried out with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- For our guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or the airline may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- Documents required by passengers who will apply for their visa themselves (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) are normally provided within 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- No refund of the visa fee and service fee will be made in case the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was unused no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must absolutely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face any penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before the desired ticket can be upgraded, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and transfer the ticket from group class to economy class, which can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calling/being called.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all of your belongings.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
