Day 1: Ankara - Dubai
At the FlyDubai Airlines counter in Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal, we perform our check-in at 00:10. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai on Flydubai Airlines flight FZ758 at 03:10. We arrive in Dubai at 08:10 and set off with our vehicle for a panoramic city tour. Before the city tour, we arrive at a place where we will have breakfast. After breakfast, we will first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most magnificent avenue, where we will see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping centers, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. During a photo stop here, we will see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we continue our tour with Dubai Marina. After a short free time at Dubai Marina, which has about 7 km of walking path surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head toward the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to hotel check-in times. Interested guests can participate in the optional Dinner Cruise tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall in the evening.
Optional Tour: Dinner Dhow Cruise with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
We first board the Dhow boat at the Marina, where we will have our dinner. While our boat sails through the marina, we enjoy our dinner in an open buffet while admiring the stunning views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, which is located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world and is shaded by the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa. We enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic bazaar reflecting Arab culture. Interested guests can enjoy free time after the tour at Dubai Mall for shopping or relaxing at cafes and restaurants. We return to our hotel after the tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Interested guests can join the optional Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour and the Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Optional Tour: Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour – Per Person: 70 Euro
In the Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. The park spans 72,000 square meters, featuring famous buildings and structures converted into colorful flower displays. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night views, and life-sized houses. Immerse yourself among more than 150 million blooming flowers with various attractions and interesting arrangements. During the same tour, enjoy the atmosphere and architectural beauty while wandering through the narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets of Al Bastakiya. You will also have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional homes in the area have been restored and offer visitors a chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya is also home to various venues such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari – Per Person: 80 Euro
You can experience unforgettable moments in the desert, and watch the sunset with 4x4 vehicles. After an entertaining and exciting journey on the crimson sands, we arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner while enjoying beautiful shows and belly dances. There is also an opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After dinner and the shows, our tour ends and we return to the hotel with our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 3: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Interested guests can participate in the optional Lunch Abu Dhabi Tour. Overnight at the hotel.

Departing from Dubai, we pass through the world's largest man-made port, Jebel Ali. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which ranks among the largest in the world and can accommodate 41,000 worshippers at once. Its magnificent architecture and rich decorations will offer you unforgettable photo opportunities. As you explore the capital of the seven emirates, Abu Dhabi, you will witness how modern the city has become from its recent past as a small fishing village. You will see wide boulevards and skyscrapers in this ultra-modern Arab city, including the Al Bateen region and the waterfront avenue. After taking photos at Emirates Palace, we will explore the Heritage Village, an authentic replica of the city’s past, where you can experience the traditional ways of life, customs, and clay houses of the Arabs. Lunch will be served in open buffet style during the tour. After lunch, we will continue our tour by panoramically viewing the Louvre Museum located on Saadiyat Island and heading to Yas Island, which holds the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races and is recognized as an entertainment hub. During a break at the world’s first Ferrari-themed amusement park, you can take photos and shop at the souvenir shop. After the tour, we return to the hotel.
Day 4: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Interested guests can join the optional Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum and the Evening Dinner Dubai Desert Safari Tour. Overnight at the hotel.
Optional Tour: Bluewaters Island Tour: Ain Dubai & Madame Tussauds Museum – Per Person: 90 Euro
Our enjoyable journey begins towards Bluewaters Island, one of Dubai's newest and most popular destinations. The first stop of our tour will be Ain Dubai, the largest and tallest observation wheel in the world. With the standard entry ticket included, you will have the chance to view Dubai's stunning cityscape and unique coastline panoramically. After some free time on Bluewaters Island, during which you can explore the island's restaurants, cafes, and waterfront promenade and take pleasant photos, we will visit Madame Tussauds Dubai, one of the world’s most famous wax museums. The standard entry ticket is included in this visit, where you will have the opportunity to see extremely realistic wax figures of world leaders, movie stars, athletes, and famous artists up close.
Optional Tour: Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour – Per Person: 60 Euro
Dubai Outlet Mall, located away from the city’s hustle and bustle, is the best place to find great discounts. You’ll find over 1,200 high-quality international brands in 240 stores offering discounts ranging from 30% to 90%. You can find great deals at outlet points like Baldinini and Atasay, both in designer products and street front stores. Afterward, we head to Global Village, which hosts all the countries of the world and has become a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has rapidly grown over the years and has become an essential location in Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you're coming for the amusement park, food, cultural evening entertainment or authentic shopping, there's something for everyone in Global Village. Home to over 90 cultures, it features 3,500 shopping points, 250 dining venues, more than 40,000 shows, and over 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions showcasing local products. After having free time here, we return to the hotel.
Day 5: Dubai – Ankara
After breakfast, free time and we check out of our rooms (the check-out time from hotels is 12:00). Interested guests can join the optional Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour. At the time set by your tour leader, we head to the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, our departure to Ankara on FlyDubai Airlines flight FZ757 is at 22:45. Arrival is at 02:05.

We start our tour at The View at The Palm observation tower, which has become a symbol of Dubai, located on the world’s largest man-made island, Palm Jumeirah. At 240 meters above the ground, you will have the privilege of observing the palm's flawless architecture, the azure Arabian Gulf, the beaches decorated with luxurious yachts, and the breathtaking silhouette of Dubai from a 360-degree panoramic view. Every frame will turn into a postcard, and every video will create a memorable moment on social media. You will experience Dubai’s grandeur from above, making you feel delighted to be here. We then move to Downtown Dubai, which is considered the heart, energy, and showcase of Dubai. Here, we will ascend to Sky Views, located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, owned by the royal group. While walking on the glass promenade, the city view sprawling under your feet will quicken your heartbeat; you will experience the sensation of watching Dubai from the sky. While observing the city’s lights, the splendor around Burj Khalifa, and the peak of modern architecture from high up, you will create unforgettable memories. Interested guests can experience the glass slide and other adrenaline-pumping attractions available at Sky Views, capturing these exciting moments in special memories. We will have free time for eating and relaxing.
Whether you have purchased a Visa Included or Visa Excluded Package, you must create a Visa Reservation in addition to your Tour Reservation. The responsibility in this matter lies with the agencies.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be noted during the Mosque Visit; Men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, and shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- In our Desert Safari tour, the following points must be noted; Wear sports and comfortable clothes, bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests must inform their guide about their conditions.
- To benefit from advantageous tour package prices, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants to be conducted. In case of participation below 20, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted via the metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or periods. The prices valid during the sale by the guide will apply for extra tours.
- Due to VB processing in the tour program or if only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or if options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the start of the trip.
- In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination to welcome; the guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during the extra tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform their guide at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or changes of extra tours. The cancellation and refund situation for the extra tour to be canceled is subject to the final decision of the local supplier.
- In periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the start date of the tour.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction of cities and do not include museum, site entrance fees, and are maximum 2-3 hours long.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be held on different days or may not take place due to local authorities closing sites to be visited, events causing roads on the route to be closed, or weather conditions making the tours impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours.
- The guides will meet at the arrival airport of our tour programs. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time specified by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Availability in hotels may vary during peak season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and a hotel name guarantee is not given.
- We advise guests not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency to prevent being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions cannot be made with old currency types that banks will not accept.
- Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD in the relevant destination, the USD - EUR parity will be applied equally.
- Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, the guests' foreign language proficiency is their own responsibility.
GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, the indicated tour program must be conveyed to the guests along with the general terms and obligations that exist below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport was issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights from Turkey may not be carried out by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- Due to ripped, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; to avoid any issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited; these passports must be renewed and if a visa is applied for a country requiring it for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of insurmountable obstacles, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no liability regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS merely assumes the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS holds no responsibility or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When making a visa application on behalf of the passenger, BTB TOURS must ensure that the information on the granted visa is correct. Any misspelling or situation that could hinder the flight due to any errors is not the responsibility of BTB TOURS.
- For passengers applying for their visas independently, the documents required (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) under normal circumstances will take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was indicated as an additional service in the tour contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive the remaining amount after presenting their passport indicating that they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of another visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be provided to the guest.
- Changes to flight paths may occur depending on the city where the flight will land. It is possible for the type and time of the flight to change, and during the high season or special periods, availability in hotels may vary, and another similar hotel may be provided. The passenger accepts this at the time of the contract.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on the availability of the hotels. In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard single bed. There is no guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if a suitable room is available in the hotels, it will be blocked by the hotel accordingly.
- Child discounts apply only for children staying next to 2 adults.
- The breakfast served in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During the reservation/registration process, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number passed on the travel passport must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- All guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance that begins one day prior to the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry the travel insurance with them may face fines imposed by the relevant country’s police. The guests are responsible for any fines due to not carrying their travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may prevent obtaining a visa for another/multiple countries or crossing the border. BTB TOURS is not responsible for this situation, which is beyond its control.
- In order to gain economy and time benefits, guests who do not want to participate in the tours conducted on the route must accept waiting in a nearby facility until the group has finished the tour. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up those guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternatives to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized under the condition of minimum 20 participants. If the required majority is not reached, extra tours may not be organized, or there may be a price change.
- Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit to visit cannot be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event that a flight is missed due to such circumstances or personal reasons, the guest must supply their new ticket (as per the previous clause, if needed, round trip). Additionally, missing the group on the first day due to missing the flight may result in partially or entirely missing the program. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer between airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the passenger.
- Guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with their miles can only do so if availability exists on the corresponding flight of the relevant airline after the tickets are issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are of group classification, the desire ticket may need to be upgraded to the economy class for which the difference indicated by the airline must be paid first. The price difference arising must be the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are typically issued several days prior to the departure of the tour.
- To use your mobile phone abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your trip, whether in transport vehicles or accommodation hotels, please ensure that you have your belongings with you before leaving.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown without altering the content of the program under circumstances of force majeure or where deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items left, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must have consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, they must have consent from their mother; if traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in cases where the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
