• At the start of our cruise, you will receive colored luggage tags for all your bags along with your cruise ticket. You are required to attach these tags to your bags at the cruise port.
• Your bags may not arrive in your cabins until late on the first day of the ship's departure due to the crowd and busyness, which is a situation strictly under the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items for the first day in a small carry-on bag.
• The sailing times of the ship must be adhered to strictly. Guests must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship’s departure time at ports. Otherwise, you may not be able to enter the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
• At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your luggage by placing the labels provided to your cabins the night before on your bags and leaving them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00.
