*The times indicated in the program have been obtained from airlines and shipping companies. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the schedules. Therefore, in the event of any change in the schedule, our agency reserves the right to amend the content of the program. In addition, for our sea & river tours, the shipping company and the ship's captain have the right to make changes to the program due to unforeseen events such as sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, water level changes, maritime & river traffic, strikes in river level pools, etc. Our agency shall not be liable for these changes.
*Passengers who are not present at the specified airport or at the port where the ship will dock at the times notified by our agency will not be held responsible for not being able to embark by missing their flight or ship.
The transportation costs required for those who miss the flight or ship to rejoin the tour will be their own responsibility.
*In cruise trips, the ship operator is another company, and according to the International Maritime Regulations, the authorized representative is the captain. Due to sudden port conditions, bad weather conditions, water level changes, maritime river traffic, and various reasons that may cause river level pools to be inoperative, the ship operator and captain can change the program and may even cancel the voyage. Alternative programs will be offered regarding these situations, and the agency will have no responsibility regarding these changes.
*During air travel, each passenger is entitled to bring a maximum of 8 kg and dimensions of 40 cm (height) x 23 cm (width) x 55 cm (length) of one piece of luggage into the cabin. Additionally, each passenger has the right to bring 1 suitcase to the aircraft’s baggage with reservation. The free luggage weight limit for this suitcase varies depending on the airline, flight route, and class of the ticket. Please confirm this with your ticket or our agency before the flight.
*During the check-in on the ship, it is mandatory for each passenger (only one person for couples) to present a credit card or deposit cash when receiving their magnetic “cruise card.” As a result of this submission, an average provision of 300 USD per person will be charged from each credit card. This is for the extra expenses you will incur on the ship after you complete your check-in.
You will be able to make your extra expenses on the ship with this magnetic cruise card provided to you during check-in.
Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. You can keep track of all your expenses via the interactive televisions in your cabins, interactive screens on the ship, or at the reception desk.
*It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, kettles, bottle warmers, electric blankets, etc. onto the ship. A hairdryer and kettle are available in most cabins.
*During your cruise, certain colored luggage tags will be assigned for your suitcases at the beginning of the journey. Filling out these tags completely is crucial for ensuring your luggage arrives at your cabin correctly.
*Your luggage may not arrive at your cabin until late at night on the first departure day. This is a situation caused by busyness and crowds, and it is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to bring your important personal necessities in a small handbag.
*In case of an emergency, a brief security drill and briefing will be held on the first day of your voyage to familiarize you with the evacuation procedures. Participation is very important. Your guides and the ship staff responsible for your room will direct you to the meeting point for the drill.
*During the cruise, the table assigned to you on the first day will be at the main à la carte restaurant, where some of your dinner meals will be formal dinners. According to ship rules, every male passenger who wishes to dine here must wear a suit, and every female passenger must wear an evening dress. Passengers wishing to do so have the right to dine in other restaurants of the ship or at the buffet on these formal evenings or on other evenings.
*You can benefit from the paid satellite internet system on the ship. To keep the cost low, be sure to choose the packages recommended by the ship.
*Every evening, a detailed program for the next day will be delivered to your cabin. This program will include all activities, entertainment organizations, and important notes on board.
*During the tour, we kindly request you to take great care of your personal belongings. There is a safe available in all cabins for you to store valuable items. Our agency is not responsible for the loss or theft of money or valuable items left in cabins or luggage. Assistance will be provided to send your found items back to you via cargo services from the country where they were found, with payment on delivery.
*During the days following the start of the tour, it is essential to strictly adhere to the ship's departure times at the ports. Passengers must board the ship at least 45 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation. The transportation costs required to rejoin the cruise from an appropriate port will be the responsibility of the passenger.
*Cruise ships have a Health Center staffed with expert doctors and medical personnel, providing services, and you can benefit from emergency services 24 hours a day by calling the emergency number. The health services offered on the ship are paid. There is no medical personnel on river ships, but ambulances can reach the ship in emergencies.
*At the end of your cruise journey, you are required to collect your luggage and attach stickers that will be given to you the night before to the front of your cabin doors by 12:00 AM.
