IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENCY will assist with visa applications, provided that passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to submit the necessary documents for the visa on time and in full.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• In hotels, additional bed applications in triple rooms may result in the 3rd bed being smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be a 3rd bed application. The AGENCY will inform its guests about such hotels during the sales process.
• Child prices are only valid if the children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For children aged 0-2, the child must be under 2 years old on the return date of the tour, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not be over 12 years old on the return date of the tour.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.

• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized subject to a certain participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they may not be held. In cases where the participant number is inadequate, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement can be made.
• Guests not participating in extra tours during the journey will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours for which local authorities do not grant permission to visit for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.

• During your cruise, 2 of the evening meals will be formal dinners, and it is suggested that every male guest bring at least one suit, and females at least one evening dress.
• During the cruise journey, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit at pre-assigned places.
• During check-in at the ship, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card at the ship's reception to obtain cabin keys or deposit cash. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship, except for the casino. EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on the ship. All your expenses can be checked on the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
• At the start of our cruise, color-coded luggage tags for all of our group's bags will be provided along with your cruise ticket. You must affix these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late on the first day of the cruise due to congestion and crowding, which is strictly the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential items in a small carry-on bag that you take with you on the first day of the cruise.
• It is essential to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. The AGENCY will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you will need to collect your luggage by placing the tags that will be distributed in advance at your cabins before 00:00 at your cabin doors. After the ship's disembarkation, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the bags are located. WE REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR ROUND-TRIP PLANE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
