FROM ARGENTINA TO CHILE SOUTH AMERICA
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Provided that passports and required documents are submitted completely, AGENT will assist with visa applications. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
- AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from failure to submit the required documents for the visa on time and completely.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. The passport control has the authority to deny entry to the individual. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- As there is an extra bed application in triple rooms in hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, the 3rd bed application may not be available. In packages that include such hotels, AGENT will inform its guests during the sales process.
- Child prices are valid only if the children are accommodated in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th persons. In the 0-2 age category, the child must not have turned 2 years old on the return date of the tour, and in the 3-12 age category, the child must not have turned 12 years old on the return date of the tour.
- Due to external factors, AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program.
- If there is insufficient participation for the tour, AGENT will inform its guests of cancellation/change 21 days prior to the tour departure.
- AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
- In domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
- AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
- Additional tours are organized with a certain participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they may not be organized. If the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
- During extra tours conducted along the way, our guests who will not participate in the tour will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city.
- Tours that are not permitted to be visited for any reason by local authorities during the trip will not be conducted. AGENT is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours.
- In the case of cancellation and changes, the “AGENT SALES CONTRACT” is valid.
- During your cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are official dinners, and it is suggested that each male passenger has at least one suit and females have at least one evening dress.
- The restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner during the cruise will be pre-determined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal taken on the ship to the last meal, everyone will sit in the previously determined places.
- During check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when obtaining cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. The currency used on the ship is EUR and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
- At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group’s luggage will be delivered with your cruise ticket. It is necessary to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
- Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late evening on the first day of departure from the ship. This is a situation arising from the crowd and congestion and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essentials in a small carry-on bag to take with you on the first day of boarding.
- Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. Passengers must enter the ship at least 60 minutes before its departure time at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. In such a case, our agency will not be responsible.
- At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage and, after placing the labels that will be provided to you in advance on your cabins, leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS TAKES THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
- ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AS WELL AS CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBTAIN PRINTED VERSIONS OF THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
