Day 1: Istanbul – Doha
Be at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 17:35. We will check in. After passport and customs procedures, depart for Doha at 20:35 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK780.
Day 2: Doha
Our arrival takes place at 01:45 local time. After passport procedures, transfer to our hotel with our vehicle waiting in the area. Overnight at our hotel.
After breakfast, we start our panoramic Doha city tour. We will witness the city’s magnificent silhouette and the perfect harmony of modern structures and traditional architecture. We begin our tour along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. After seeing iconic structures of the city such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the old Doha port that captivates at first sight, and the Museum of Islamic Art panoramically, we will explore the specially designed Katara Cultural Village on foot. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and together discover the beauty of Pearl Island, a man-made island project adorned with luxury residences and endless dining and shopping options. After Pearl Island, we will go to Lusail Marina, where one of the must-see buildings in the Doha silhouette with its crescent shape is located, and immortalize these special moments with our photos. After our tour, transfer to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish may join the extra ‘DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH DINNER’ tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Dhow Cruise Tour with Dinner – Price per Person: 90 Euro
At sunset, we explore Doha with traditional Dhow boats. After tea, coffee, and date treats here, we transfer to the Lebanese restaurant where we will have dinner. After the open buffet dinner here, wait for our buses to transfer us to our hotel.
Day 3: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra arranged ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM’ and ‘EVENING DINNER DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR’. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Qatar Culture Tour and Illusion Museum – Per Person: 100 Euro
Education City, part of the Qatar Foundation established by the family of the Emir of Qatar, is home to the Qatar National Library and Minaretein Mosque. After our visits here, we move on to the Qatar National Museum. With its extraordinary architecture, the Qatar National Museum presents Qatar’s history up to the present day to us through a time tunnel. After this unforgettable experience, we proceed to the Doha Museum of Illusions. Here, we will experience how much you can trust your senses and what you see. We explore this deceptive world of illusions together.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Doha Desert Safari Tour– Per Person: 130 Euro
Picked up by 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After an exciting and fun ride across the red sands, we go to the area where the desert meets the sea, and after watching an unforgettable sunset, we arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here we have dinner, and you also have the opportunity to ride a camel. The tour includes, free of charge, only 1 item per person (soft drink, tea, or coffee). After the meal and shows, our tour ends and we return to our hotel with the 4x4 private vehicles that picked us up.
Day 4: Doha - Istanbul
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. ***The latest check-out and key handover time in hotels is 12:00 *** Our guests who wish can join the extra arranged ‘LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA MOON TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING Tour’ and ‘MERYAL WATER PARK Tour’. At the time determined by our tour leader, the journey to the airport begins.
Extra Tour: Lusail Stadium, Katara Moon Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping – Per Person: 50 Euro
Our first stop is the Katara Towers located in the newly developing city of Lusail. We make our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and the Lusail marina. We visit the Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was played, from the outside. We shop at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
EXTRA TOUR: Meryal Water Park – Per Person: 55 Euro
Meryal Waterpark, Qatar’s newest and most entertaining themed water park, offers our guests a unique cooling and adrenaline experience in the hot desert climate. Located in the Lusail area, this modern water park stands out with dozens of slides, wave pools, themed river tours, and spacious relaxation areas appealing to all age groups. As part of our tour, our guests are picked up from their hotels by private vehicle and taken directly to the water park. All-day fun combines slide experiences at your preferred pace, safe play areas for children, and Meryal’s iconic visual themes. After free time in the park, we gather at the meeting point at the designated time and carry out our return transfer to the hotel.
Meryal Waterpark entrance ticket, round-trip private vehicle transfer, and all-day park access are included. Services not included in the tour are meals and drinks, special activities and rental fees within the park, and personal expenses.
Day 5: Doha - Istanbul
Departure on Turkish Airlines flight TK 781 to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 01:45. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:35 and the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
- During our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be observed: wear sports or comfortable clothing and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the advantageous package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation falls below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional crowding or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to extra tours.
- Because the service in the tour program is provided as VB, or when only category information is given without specifying a name and/or there is an option for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet the group at the destination, and the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund/cancellation status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will inform you 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized to introduce the cities in general, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances; they are conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the sites to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels included in the program are sold as vb. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee of a specific hotel name is given.
- To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
- Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
- Because our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.
GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if their passport issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa for T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- For our passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the documents required (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) are normally obtained within 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used, no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane lands, route changes may occur. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- 3-person rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel depending on availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty charges for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must обязательно have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/other country or not being allowed to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is beyond Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route in order to provide the group with economic and time benefits accept waiting at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be operated. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, due to missing the group’s departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and convert the ticket from the group class to the upgradeable economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- Before leaving Turkey in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/incoming calls.
- When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
