Day 1: Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh
At Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the AIRCAIRO AIRLINES counter, AT 13:10’at be present. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on AirCairo Airlines’ scheduled flight SM306 at 16:10’a to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination. Upon our arrival at 17:40 local time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After having breakfast early in the morning, we check out by vacating our rooms. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After completing our luggage, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on AIRCAIRO Airlines' scheduled flight SM305 at 11:30. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the discounted package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid during the tour to the local agency representative.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the region density or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is given in the tour program without specifying the name, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guidance service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guidance service is also included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellation or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be given by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, up to 2-3 hours, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, when roads on the route are closed due to any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, within the possibilities.
- In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels etc. listed in the program are offered for sale. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, the guests' foreign language knowledge is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of booking, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport; if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only performs the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and the situation that may prevent the flight.
- The documents needed by our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to be obtained. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after presenting their passport proving that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date, excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of the contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available in the hotels, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served in the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to have the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of a penalty due to not having travel insurance with them, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other country or being unable to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Our guests who do not wish to join tours carried out on the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. In case the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by the passengers. In case the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain the new ticket themselves by paying for it (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, since they have missed the group departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the city/country on a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
- Please make sure you have all your belongings with you when leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip for a short period or permanently.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; and if they travel with a third party, from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
