At Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the AIRCAIRO AIRLINES counter, AT 13:10’m. be present. After completing departure procedures at the airport, departure at 16:10’m to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination, on AirCairo Airlines scheduled flight SM306. After our arrival at 17:40 local time, transfer to our hotel.
After our check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms.
You will be informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Sharm El Sheikh

After the breakfast we will have early in the morning, we check out by vacating our rooms. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After the completion of our baggage, passport and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 11:30 on AIRCAIRO Airlines' scheduled flight SM305. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- When only category information is given in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guidance service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guidance service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle and not including museum or archaeological site entries.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned panoramic tours when, on the day and time of the tour, local authorities close the places to be visited, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Our tour programs include guide meeting at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels in the program are offered for sale etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date of their passport is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the documents required (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate / cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees paid to consulates and similar amounts for the visa, provided that the guest presents their passport showing that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in routes. The type and time of the flight may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations are communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel makes a block according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Air tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face such a fine due to not carrying travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry and exit to certain countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or inability to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’s control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Our guests who do not want to participate in the tours made on the route in order to provide economic and time benefit to the group during the visit agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or visited by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
- The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain the new ticket (and, if necessary according to the previous item, as a round-trip ticket) by paying for it themselves. In addition, since they missed the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Our guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the plane seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, the difference amount specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be changed from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
- When briefly leaving or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both parents. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
