Be at the PEGASUS AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departure Terminal AT 04:20 . After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC630 at 07:20 for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination.
After our arrival at 09:30 local time, transfer to our hotel. Then free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the season. On extra tours, the prices at the time of sale by the guide will apply.
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and carried out panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting no more than 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the said panoramic tours in cases where local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible for the tour to take place. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Availability in hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Our guests traveling with a T.R. green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not operate their flight from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to T.R. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
- For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport showing that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own and/or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the flight may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee can be given for 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname as they appear in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In the event of a fine for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other country or countries, or being unable to enter from the border gate. Since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- For the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out along the route accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or they may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or traveled to for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of these excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline's rules apply in such a case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, since the group's departure is missed, the program of the first day may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade process if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to overseas calls/being called.
- When leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
