At Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal, in front of the TURKISH AIRLINES counter, AT 06:00’am to be present.
After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK700 at 09:00 to Egypt’s exotic holiday destination Sharm El Sheikh.
Upon our arrival at 10:50 local time, we transfer to our hotel. You will be informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. For the rest of the day, you may enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may join the extra tours that will be organized. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional congestion or the season. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be given by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of cities and last at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be made because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Guide meet-and-greet in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels in the program are offered for sale as listed. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of booking and the general conditions and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- If our guests traveling with the T.C. green passport have a passport issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate in a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after presenting their passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa end date, excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if suitable rooms are available at the hotels, the hotel will block them according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of a penalty due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and leaving some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another one/more countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours made on the route in order to provide economy and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. When the excursion ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions arranged to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, extra tours may not take place or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that are not allowed to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). Also, because the group has missed the departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so after the tickets are issued, if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an upgradeable economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/being called.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, when force majeure occurs or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, from their mother; if they travel with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
