Be at the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport 3 hours before your flight.
After completing the exit procedures, we depart for Baku at 06:45 on Turkish Airlines flight TK332. After arriving, we start our panoramic city tour after leaving the airport. We see the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, panoramically. Then we take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After viewing the newly opened area of Baku called the Flame Towers, we proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we check in and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Evening Dinner City Tour of Old Baku.

Old City, Highland Park (Martyrs' Lane, Turkish Mosque, Soviet Union’s Dual Hero’s Square, Major General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, an observation deck with magnificent views) Baku and Baku Bay views, Baku Television Tower), Little Venice. The city walk and bus tour start at the fortress walls of the Old City, where tourists receive information about the surrounding objects (monuments of Azerbaijan's first monument, national poet Sabir and Nizami's monument and establishment dates). The program also includes the building of the Philharmonic Orchestra named after the Muslim Magomayev, the house with a Venetian style – Ismaili's external inspection. We will explore the famous Torgoviy Street, which resembles Baku's Independence Avenue. This place is like Barvikha of the 19th century with its extraordinary houses, enjoying the magnificent view of the city from Dagustu Park, and savoring the eternal beauty of Baku city. Afterwards, we proceed to the restaurant where we will have dinner in a set menu. In this tour, you can explore the Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day: BakuAfter breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional tour to Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Haydar Aliyev Museum with lunch.

We head towards Gobustan, located about 65 km southwest of Baku, which is the richest area in Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Gobustan, located near the Caspian Sea on the old Shirvan road; is also referred to as an open-air museum. This is a place that provides important insights about prehistoric and medieval community life, hunting, animals, and plant cover with its petroglyphs and rock carvings found worldwide. Then, we continue to visit the Mud Volcanoes area, which is nearby Gobustan. This region is notable for having half of the more than 700 mud volcanoes found in the world, especially the largest ones, where you will feel like you are among "Moon craters". After the guide's explanations in the area, we observe the live volcanic activities. After the mud volcanoes, we head back to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. The building, designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, reflects the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology. Completed in 3.5 years, Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is regarded as one of the most important structures in Azerbaijan, symbolizing the Azeri society's future-oriented approach with its modern, extraordinary, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological finds, ethnography section, classical instruments, personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev, and his official vehicles. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
3rd Day: BakuAfter breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the optional “Ateshgah, Yanardag & Historical Villages of Baku Tour” and “Evening Dinner and Musical Azerbaijani Night” tour.. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries) which has been revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs. The name "Ateshgah" originates from the place of eternal flame "firehouse" where the natural gas exits cannot be extinguished. This location also provides significant insights into prehistoric and medieval community life, hunting, animals, and plant cover with its petroglyphs and rock carvings. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we visit the historical villages of Baku. Following the visits to the Ethnic Qala museum, Mardakan castle, and Ramana castles, we return to the hotel.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner and Musical Azerbaijani Night – $60
We will have dinner at a set menu restaurant where we will enjoy a night filled with dance, music, and entertainment.
4th Day: Baku-Istanbul
Meeting at the designated time by our guide for transfer to the airport. After the transfer to the airport, we will complete the ticket, baggage, and passport procedures and prepare to depart for Istanbul at TK335 flight of Turkish Airlines. After arriving at Istanbul Airport, our tour ends.

We start our tour at the famous historic Green Bazaar (Sharg Market). Get ready to explore the famous Green Bazaar of Baku, one of the most delicious and colorful places; the air is filled with the aromas of spices, while the stalls are filled with fresh fruits, sweets, jams, teas, and more. After exploring the bazaar, we will visit Ganjlik Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Baku, full of international brands, cafes, cinemas, and restaurants. Then we will head to the famous shopping street of Baku, Ajami Street. Explore the perfect combination of international stores, fashion boutiques, traditional shops, and bazaars. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from advantageous trip package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. If the participation is below 15, the tour price may change or be done by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- When only the category information is provided for the tour program without specifying the names, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip.
- Our programs include a guide who will meet the group at the area where they disembark; the included guiding service consists only of the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers to the airport. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the departure date of the tour.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction to the cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours of panoramic tours without including entrance to museums and ancient sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted due to local authorities closing the places to be visited, roads being closed for any events, or weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour. In such cases, BTB Tours shall not be responsible for the cancellation of the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted collectively or on foot, if possible, in places where roads are closed or access is not allowed by vehicles.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be conveyed to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations specified below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of the communicated information. Guests are considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if their passport issuance date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, BTB TOURS assumes no responsibility.
- For passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged, it is required to renew those passports to avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing of the visited country; additionally, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return flight. If there is any impediment, it will be the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visas at its discretion; BTB TOURS is not responsible for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities for personal visa applications.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is necessary for the guest to check the accuracy of the information on the visa once it is issued. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typographical errors on the visa and for any situations that may hinder the flight.
- For passengers who will make their own visa applications, it normally takes 1 business day to obtain the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Guests need to take this duration into account when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR's visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest can refund the remaining amount, except for the fees paid to consulates for visas, after proving with their passport that they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes may occur in the routes due to the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the flight may change, and hotels may have different availability during high season or special periods, thus a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on the availability of the hotels. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided; this will be reserved by the hotel depending on availability if there is a suitable room.
- Child discounts apply only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During the reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number that appear on the travel passport must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether our guests obtain their travel insurance from BTB TOURS or not, they are required to have an international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the travel date and ends one day after the travel date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country police. The responsibility lies with the guests in case of penalties due to not carrying travel insurance.
- Due to international diplomatic relations, having entered one or more countries may cause difficulties in obtaining visas for some countries or being denied entry at the border crossing; as this situation is outside the jurisdiction of BTB TOURS, they shall not be held responsible in such cases.
- To benefit the group from economy and duration advantages during the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests, and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra trips may be held on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
- Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are notified on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to this situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (based on the previous item, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, missing the initial day's program due to missing the group may result in partially or completely missing the program; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, in case of traveling to the destination city/country with a different flight, the transfer between the airport-city or airport-hotel is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading to a desired ticket, the guest may have to pay the difference indicated by the airline to transfer the ticket from the group class to an upgradable economy class. The responsibility for this price difference lies with the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your travels, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when briefly or completely leaving the transport vehicles and hotels.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or in situations they deem necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 must obtain a consent letter from their father if traveling with their mother or from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third party. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The general terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

Old Baku City Tour with Dinner

Qobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum Tour with Lunch
We set off for Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku, the richest region of Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located near the Caspian Sea, on the ancient Shirvan road, Gobustan is also called an open-air museum. With its carved rocks and painted stones, this place provides important information about social life, hunting, animals and vegetation during the prehistoric and medieval periods. Afterwards, we continue our journey to visit the Mud Volcanoes region, located close to Gobustan. This region is one of the most interesting places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources, attracting attention because it is home to half of the more than 700 Mud Volcanoes in the world, especially the largest ones, and where you will feel as if you are among the "craters of the Moon" when you arrive. Following the guide's explanations in the region, we observe the active volcanic movements. After the mud volcanoes, we will go to the largest Carpet Museum in the history of Azerbaijan after having lunch at a local restaurant.

Ateshgah, Yanar Dag & Heydar Aliyev Museum Tour
Located 30 km from the center of Baku, on the outskirts of the village of Surakhani, the Temple of Eternal Fire (17th–18th centuries) was revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus and Sikhs. It emerged in the 17th–18th centuries. The naturally burning gas outlets, where there were "eternal" inextinguishable fires, were called "Ateshgah," meaning "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." Following this, as this place provides important information about social life, hunting, animals and vegetation during the prehistoric and medieval periods with its carved rocks and painted stones, we return to Baku for our visit to the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center.
