1st Day Istanbul – Madrid – Salamanca – Cuidad de Rodrigo
We meet at the Istanbul Airport in the departure terminal three hours before our flight. After luggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart with Turkish Airlines on a scheduled flight to Madrid. Upon arrival at the airport, we transfer to our private bus. Our program begins with a panoramic city tour including sights such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via, and Plaza de España. Afterwards, we depart for Salamanca for a city tour. We experience the magnificent atmosphere of UNESCO World Heritage-listed Plaza Mayor, explore the historic areas of Salamanca University to learn about the city’s educational heritage, and visit the Salamanca Cathedral with its Gothic and Renaissance architecture, discovering the city’s historical and cultural fabric. At the end of the tour, we visit Cuidad de Rodrigo, a medieval town with walls, a cathedral, and a castle. After sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
2nd Day Cuidad de Rodrigo – Porto
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Porto with a city tour. We visit Bento Station, São Francisco Church, City Hall, Porto Cathedral, historic wine cellars, Liberty Square, Batalha Square, the oldest and most traditional area Riberia, Torre dos Clérigos, the famous shopping street Santa Catarina, Don Luis I Bridge, Arrábida Bridge, and the modern neighborhood Boa Vista. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Porto and have free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
3rd Day Porto – Nazare – Fatima – Obidos – Lisbon
After breakfast, we depart for Lisbon, making stops at Obidos, Nazare, and Fatima. In Fatima, a sacred site of Portugal, we see the site’s significance; in Nazare, known for its charming fishing harbor, we explore the two-story white houses and historic walls entwined with ivy; and in Obidos, with its whitewashed houses and historic walls. After visiting these sites, we continue to Lisbon with a panoramic city tour, including Rossio Square, Belem Tower, Discoveries Monument, Marquis of Pombal Square, Jeronimos Monastery, and Santa Justa Elevator. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. Accommodation in Lisbon.
4th Day Lisbon – Sintra – Cape Roca – Cascais – Estoril
After breakfast, we head to Sintra, which offers stunning views of the Sintra Mountains, with its 19th-century romantic architecture and vibrant colors. We stroll through the narrow, cobbled streets, visit charming fountains, and walk through secret passageways. Continuing to Cape Roca, the westernmost point of Europe, we take in dramatic cliffs and trails along the cliffs. Next, we visit Cascais, a seaside town popular in the 19th century during the summer retreats of aristocrats. We end the tour in Estoril, renowned for luxury hotels, beaches, and the famous Estoril Casino, famous for its glamorous lifestyle. After the tour, we return to our hotel in Lisbon for rest and leisure. Accommodation at the hotel.
5th Day Lisbon – Huelva
After breakfast, we depart for Huelva. Upon arrival, we explore Huelva with a city tour. Highlights include La Merced Cathedral, a baroque style structure with impressive architecture; the Monumento a Colón, symbolizing Huelva’s role in exploration and Columbus's voyages; stroll through narrow streets and traditional Andalusian houses; and walk along the Odiel River to enjoy its natural beauty. Afterwards, we transfer to our hotel in Huelva and have free time.
6th Day Huelva – Ronda – Granada
After breakfast, we depart for Ronda, a town with a rich history as a last fortress of the Moors in the region. The town is famous for its dramatic gorge, perched on a chalk cliff, with traditional white Andalusian houses and the world’s oldest bullring. We visit Casa del Rey Moro, Palacio Mondragon, and the New Bridge. After sightseeing, we transfer to our hotel in Granada for free time. Accommodation in Granada.
7th Day Granada – Alhambra – Córdoba – Seville
After breakfast, we enjoy a panoramic city tour of Granada, visiting landmarks such as Gran Via, La Rambla Square, the Arab Market, and the City Hall. We optionally visit the Alhambra Palace (depending on availability), a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its Islamic architecture, gardens, and pools. Afterwards, we proceed to Córdoba, known for its remarkable architecture, stunning history, whitewashed walls, and winding streets. The visit includes the Cordoba Mosque-Cathedral (Mezquita), Alcázar Palace, and the Jewish Quarter. Then we transfer to Seville for an evening at leisure. Accommodation at the hotel in Seville.
8th Day Seville – Malaga – Istanbul
After breakfast, we take a panoramic tour of Seville, viewing Spain Square, the Torre del Oro, the Maria Luisa Park, and Santa Cruz district. We then transfer to Malaga airport, where we complete check-in and baggage procedures. Our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight departs for Istanbul, and upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.
NOTE
The Alhambra Palace (excluding Harem) requires a local guide, and a city tourist tax of €150 per person must be paid directly to our guide during the tour.
