Istanbul – Cairo
We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, and after ticketing, baggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Cairo on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, we leave the airport with our private vehicle waiting for us to begin our city tour. We start our panoramic Cairo city tour. The places we will see include the Old City Center, Muhammad Ali Mosque, the Mausoleum of Sadat, Baron Palace, Tahrir Square, the city center along the Nile, and Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. At the end of the tour, after some free time, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will join the Cairo Museum & Giza Pyramids & Sphinx tour with lunch. Our first stop will be the Cairo Museum, which showcases Egyptian history in all its details and contains many fascinating mummies. Then we proceed to the Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, named after the pharaohs who built them. These three pyramids, built thousands of years ago and still preserving their mysteries, were designed so that they form a Pythagorean triangle. The fact that they were built centuries before Pythagoras shows how advanced the ancient Egyptians were in mathematics and geometry. After visiting the mysterious pyramids, we will see the Sphinx, which has the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, symbolizing the rising sun and the rebirth of the pharaoh. After visiting the Sphinx, also known as the “living statue,” with a temple between its paws, free time will be given and then we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Cairo – Aswan
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and take a local airline flight of approximately one hour to Aswan. Upon arrival, after our city tour, we visit the Philae Temple, one of Egypt’s most magnificent temples, and the Aswan Dam, whose construction took 10 years and which is the largest dam on the Nile River. After our visits, we end the day with a traditional Felucca boat ride on the Nile River. Overnight at the hotel.
Aswan – Luxor
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and travel by bus for approximately 4.5 hours to Luxor. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in Egypt. We set off to see the Karnak Temple, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is the largest ancient structure ever built in the world. Surrounded by 20-meter-high mudbrick-covered walls and housing many temples inside, this magnificent structure offers important insights into Egypt’s history and mythology. As we explore this grand structure, whose construction took more than 2,000 years and to which each pharaoh added more than the previous one, we will feel incredibly small. After visiting Karnak Temple, in Luxor, home to the world’s largest open-air museum, we will visit Luxor Temple, built in honor of Amun, the greatest of the ancient Egyptian gods, by the 9th pharaoh. After this impressive temple visit in the open-air museum-like city, we transfer to our hotel to rest. Overnight at the hotel.
Luxor
After breakfast at the hotel, we will join the Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Temple tour with dinner. We begin our tour by exploring the Valley of the Kings, where tombs were built for pharaohs and powerful nobles. The kings had their tombs built inside this mysterious valley so that their valuable belongings would not be stolen and their immortality could continue in peace. After visiting the Valley of the Kings, we visit the Hatshepsut Temple, built in memory of Hatshepsut, Ancient Egypt’s first and only female pharaoh. After exploring this monumental structure, one of the most important mortuary temples of Hatshepsut, who dressed and wore a false beard like a king after becoming queen, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Luxor – Hurghada
After breakfast at the hotel, we head toward Hurghada, where there is plenty of sea, sand, and sun. Upon arrival in Hurghada, we transfer to our hotel to rest. You can enjoy the sea, sand, and sun throughout the day. At the end of the day, we check into our hotel in Hurghada. Dinner and accommodation will be at our all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada.
