After meeting at Istanbul Airport in the international departures check-in area, we complete our baggage and ticket procedures and begin our journey to London, England on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Upon arrival in London, we set off for a panoramic city tour. During our panoramic tour, the sights to be seen include The Tower, Tower Bridge, Hays Galleria, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, Piccadilly Circus, Nelson’s Column, Trafalgar Square, the National Museum, the famous Harrods store, Knightsbridge, and the Natural History Museum. London - London Eye & Thames River Cruise & British MuseumAfter breakfast at the hotel, we head out for the London Eye & Thames River Cruise & British Museum tour. On this full-day tour, you will have the chance to ride the giant observation wheel located on the banks of the River Thames and enjoy the unique view of London, followed by a boat trip on the Thames River. During the boat tour, we will pass by London’s famous Parliament building, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and many other structures that have become symbols of London, giving us the opportunity to see London from the river. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour of Covent Garden, known as London’s entertainment center, with its restaurants, pubs, and shopping stores (London’s equivalent of Beyoğlu). Afterwards, we will have free time for shopping and visit the world-famous British Museum. In the museum, renowned for its rich collections, we will have the chance to see artifacts brought from Turkey as well. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
London - Oxford - Manchester / LiverpoolAfter breakfast, we depart from our hotel and head to Oxford, known as the “city of dreaming spires” and home to some of the world’s oldest and most prestigious educational institutions. On our walking tour in this city, regarded as the heart of academic heritage, the sights to be seen include the Bodleian Library, one of the largest library complexes in the world, the iconic Radcliffe Camera, and the historic college buildings where many famous names were educated. After following the traces of history through Oxford’s narrow, cobbled streets, we continue north by private vehicle to the Manchester / Liverpool region, known for starting England’s Industrial Revolution and today regarded as the heart of football. Upon arrival in the region, you will have the opportunity to discover the texture of these modernizing cities on a panoramic tour. Overnight at our hotel.
Manchester / Liverpool - Edinburgh - GlasgowAfter breakfast at the hotel, we leave Manchester by private vehicle and head north toward the Scottish border on a pleasant journey. Along the way, we enjoy the famous green countryside and rural landscapes of the United Kingdom as we arrive in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. On our panoramic tour of this city, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we see the Royal Mile, extending through the heart of the city among historic buildings; St. Giles’ Cathedral, captivating with its Gothic architecture; and Princes Street, representing the modern face of the city. After breathing in the mysterious medieval atmosphere of Edinburgh, we head to Glasgow in the evening, the liveliest city in Scotland, where we will spend the night. Overnight at our hotel.
Glasgow - Stirling CastleAfter breakfast at the hotel, we set out to discover Glasgow, Scotland’s city of art and design. On our panoramic tour, the sights to be seen include the magnificent George Square, some of the finest examples of Victorian architecture, and the historic Glasgow Cathedral. We then head to Stirling Castle, one of the most important castles in Scottish history. At this magnificent castle, built on a steep rock, you will have the opportunity to witness Scotland’s war-torn past by visiting the Royal Palace and historic halls. After enjoying the castle’s unique valley views, we return to Glasgow. After the tour, free time for shopping and personal exploration in the city’s lively streets. Overnight at our hotel.
Glasgow - Cairnryan - DublinAfter an early breakfast, we head to Cairnryan port on Scotland’s west coast. From there, we cross the cool waters of the Irish Sea by ferry to Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland. After the sea journey, our panoramic city tour of Dublin begins. On our tour, the sights to be seen include the River Liffey, which flows through the middle of the city; Trinity College, Ireland’s oldest and most prestigious university; the lively O’Connell Street; and the Georgian houses famous for their colorful doors, which give the city its characteristic atmosphere. Afterwards, following a walk in St. Stephen’s Green, a Victorian-era park stretching like an oasis in the city center, we offer free time on Grafton Street, Dublin’s famous shopping and entertainment street, where you can discover Dublin’s unique energy, historic pubs, and literature-filled streets. Here, you can shop for souvenirs or enjoy the city while watching street performers. Overnight at our hotel.
Dublin - IstanbulAfter breakfast at the hotel, free time until the airport transfer time determined by our guide. Transfer to the airport at the meeting time. After baggage and ticket procedures, our return journey to Istanbul begins with Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. The tour ends upon arrival in Istanbul.
