Day 1: Diyarbakır - Dubai
We are at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Diyarbakır Airport at 03:00 to complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 06:00 on FREEBIRD Airlines’ special flight. We arrive in Dubai at 10:30. After passport procedures, we set off with our vehicle waiting in the area to to carry out our panoramic city tour. Before the city tour, we arrive at the area where we will have an extra breakfast. After breakfast, first we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most magnificent avenue, and see the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Madinat Souk panoramically. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during the photo break we will give, we will see the world-famous 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. After that, we continue our tour by vehicle with Dubai Marina. After some free time in Dubai Marina, which has a walking path of about 7 km and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures as of the hotel check-in time. Extra Tour: Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour with Dinner on the Dhow Cruise Boat Tour – Per Person: 80 Euro
We first head to the Dhow boat in Marina, where we will have our dinner. As our boat cruises through the marina, we enjoy our open buffet dinner and take in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we go to Souk Al Bahar, located in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper, and right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest shopping centers; this market combines a historical texture with the splendor of luxury. We take a pleasant stroll through this authentic market that reflects Arab culture. Guests who wish may use their free time after the tour in Dubai Mall to shop and spend enjoyable time in cafes and restaurants.
Day 2: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra ‘’Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” and ‘‘Dubai Desert Safari Tour with Dinner”. Overnight at our hotel.

At Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest natural flower garden, a flower-filled world awaits you. In the 72,000-square-meter park, famous buildings and structures transformed entirely into colorful floral displays line up one after another. Walk along the heart-shaped path or wander among leafy castles, illuminated night scenes, and full-size houses. In this place, which includes many attractions and a wide variety of interesting arrangements, immerse yourself among more than 150 million blooming flowers. Also within the same tour, as you stroll through Al Bastakiya’s narrow streets, stone houses, and old markets, you will enjoy the atmosphere steeped in history and architectural beauty. In addition, you will have the opportunity to see the famous old Starbucks and take unique photos. Many of the traditional houses in the area have been restored and offer visitors a chance to experience the traditional Arab lifestyle. Al Bastakiya also hosts various places such as art galleries, cafes, and handicraft shops.
Extra Tour: Dubai Desert Safari Tour with Dinner – Per Person: 80 Euro
Picked up by 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here we have dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and a belly dancer performance. In addition, there is the opportunity to ride a camel. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are offered free of charge as part of the tour. After the meal and shows, our tour ends and we return to our hotel again with the 4x4 private vehicles that picked us up.
Day 3: Dubai
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra “Abu Dhabi Tour with Lunch” organized separately. Overnight at our hotel.

Departing from Dubai, we pass through Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made port. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, which offers the opportunity for 41,000 people to worship at the same time. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it is a place where you can take unforgettable photos. As you tour Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, you will witness how this capital, once a small fishing village in recent history, has become such a modern city today. In this ultra-modern Arab city with wide boulevards and skyscrapers, the Al Bateen district and the Corniche will be seen. After a photo break at Emirates Palace, while visiting the Heritage Village, an authentic replica of the city's past, you will have the opportunity to see the Arabs' way of life in the past, their traditions, and houses made of mud. Lunch will be served as a buffet during your tour. After lunch, we continue our tour. Seeing the Louvre Museum on Saadiyat Island panoramically, we head to Yas Island, which is considered an entertainment center and hosts the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi races. During the break given at the world's first Ferrari-themed amusement park, also located there, you can take photos and shop at the souvenir store. Return to the hotel after our tour.
Day 4: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish may join the extra ‘’Outlet Mall Global Village Tour’’ and ‘’Sky View, The View at the Palm Tour’’. Overnight at our hotel.

Then we head to Global Village, which hosts all the countries of the world and turns the area into a fairground. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, this open-air destination has grown rapidly over the years and is now among the essential staples of Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you come for amusement rides, food, cultural night entertainment, or authentic shopping, there is something for everyone at Global Village. More than 90 cultures showcase their local products in 30 splendid pavilions, 3,500 shopping points, 250 dining venues, 40,000 shows, and over 175 amusement rides, games, and attractions. After the free time we will have here, we return to our hotel.
Extra Tour: Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour – Per Person: 75 Euro

Here, we head up to Sky Views, located on the 52nd floor of the prestigious Address Hotel, part of the Royal group. As you walk on the glass walkway, the city view stretching beneath your feet will quicken your heartbeat; you will feel as if you are watching Dubai from the sky. While viewing the city lights, the splendor around Burj Khalifa, and the pinnacle of modern architecture from above, you will create unforgettable memories. Day 5: Dubai – Diyarbakır
In the morning, after breakfast, we check out by vacating our rooms. At the time determined by your tour leader, the journey to the airport begins. After ticketing and customs procedures, our flight to Diyarbakır on a special FREEBIRD Airlines service departs at 11:30. Our arrival is at 14:00.

- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The matters to be observed during mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours are: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf should be brought for mosque visits. Lunch is included in our tour.
- The matters to be observed on our Desert Safari tour are: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- In extra tours, to benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional demand or the period. In extra tours, the guide’s prices at the time of purchase will apply.
- Because of the service being processed as VB in the tour program, or in cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, without museum or archaeological site प्रवेश fees.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out due to the closure of sightseeing places by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures on the route due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- To avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since the relevant destination is processed in USD for extra tour purchases, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same way
- Because our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of booking, as well as the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have passports issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any hindering situation is the guests’ responsibility.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that the guest submits the passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given, and if an appropriate room is available at the hotel, the hotel will make the arrangement according to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they face a penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or leaving certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/other country or being unable to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for introducing the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as round-trip single tickets. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only carry out the upgrade transaction after their tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for outgoing/received international calls.
- During your trip, when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third party, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
