IMPORTANT NOTES
• If passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist in obtaining visas. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENCY is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the required documents for the visa on time and in full.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Passport control has the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Since there is extra bed application in 3-person hotel rooms, the 3rd bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there is no application for a 3rd bed. The AGENCY will inform guests at the time of sale about packages involving these types of hotels.
• Child prices are applicable only if the children are staying in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For children aged 0-2, the child must not have turned 2 on the tour return date, and for children aged 3-12, the child must not have turned 12 on the tour return date.
• Due to external factors, the AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• In case of insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will notify its guests 21 days before the tour departure about any cancellation/change.
• The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and our passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before the flight. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that their flight details may change.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg
• The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours will be organized with certain participation conditions. In cases of insufficient participation, they may not be organized. If the participant numbers are insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide, and a new arrangement may be made.
• Guests who will not participate in extra tours during the journey will be directed by our guide to rest areas located before entering the city.
• Tours that cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting the visit for any reason will not be the responsibility of the AGENCY.
• In case of cancellation or modification, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" will be valid.
• During your cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger have at least one suit and females have at least one evening dress with them.
• The restaurants and tables where our group will have evening meals during the cruise will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit in predetermined places from the first meal until the last meal on the ship.
• At check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash to the ship's reception while taking their cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except the casino. Euro currency and credit cards are accepted onboard. You can learn about all your expenses from the televisions in your rooms.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hairdryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group's suitcases will be sent to you along with your ship ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late on the first day of the ship's departure. This is due to the density and crowding and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to bring the essentials for the first day in a small carry-on bag.
• The ship's departure times must be strictly adhered to. Passengers must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship, and our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to gather your luggage by attaching the labels, which will be given to you a night before, to your cabins and leave it in front of your cabin doors by midnight. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where the luggage of the group is located. WE URGE EACH GUEST TO COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR DEPARTURE RETURN PLANE TICKETS AND SHIP TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR COUNTRY/SHIP ENTRY.
