IMPORTANT NOTES
• The AGENT will assist with visa applications if passports and necessary documents are submitted completely. It is mandatory for passports to be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the failure to provide the required documents for the visa in a timely and complete manner.
• Having a visa does not mean that entry into that country is guaranteed. Immigration authorities have the right to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the traveler.
• In hotels that offer triple occupancy, the extra bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there are no provisions for a third bed. In packages involving such hotels, the AGENT will inform its guests during the sales process.
• Child prices are valid only under the condition that children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For children aged 0-2, the child must not be more than 2 years old at the return date of the tour; for children aged 3-12, the child must not be more than 12 years old at the return date of the tour.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If the participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENT will notify its guests of any cancellations/changes 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance of possible changes in flight details.
• For domestic low-cost flights, there is a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized based on certain participation conditions. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be conducted. In cases where the number of participants is inadequate, prices may be revised by the guide and new arrangements may be made.
• For extra tours along the way, guests who will not participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• In cases of cancellation and change, the "AGENT SALES CONTRACT" will be valid.
• During the cruise, it is recommended that every male passenger dining at the official dinners has at least one suit and females have at least one evening dress.
• The restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner during the cruise will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit in the pre-assigned places.
• At check-in on the ship, every passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit in cash to the ship's reception when receiving the cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere on board except in the casino. Euro is the currency used on board, and credit cards are valid. You can check all your expenses from the televisions in your cabins.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. on board.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags will be sent to you together with your cruise tickets for all of our group's luggage. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late on the first day of departure due to the crowd and congestion, which is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small handbag to take with you on the first day aboard.
• The ship's departure times must be strictly adhered to. Guests must board at least 60 minutes before the departure time of the ship at the ports. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board. The AGENT will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage and attach the labels that will be previously provided to your cabins the night before and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After the exit procedures from the ship, our group will collect their luggage from the designated luggage area. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PICKS UP THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT OUT THEIR TICKETS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
