ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – MILAN – NICE
We arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Terminal 3 hours before our flight to complete baggage check-in, ticketing and passport control procedures before embarking on Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1211 at 08:50 to Milan. We arrive at Milan Bergamo Airport at 10:10 local time and after that, we head to the Milan city center to begin our city tour. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, is also known for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although recognized as the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan is the right address for shopping and dining experiences. During our city tour, we will see famous landmarks including the opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romana. After completing our city tour in Milan, we proceed to our hotel in the Nice area. Upon arrival at the hotel, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
NICE – (Cannes & Nice Tour) – (Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Cannes & Nice Tour (70 Euro). In this tour, we first proceed to Cannes, famous for hosting the Cannes Film Festival, with its sparkling sea and golden sandy beaches. During our city tour, we will visit the old city, which is the first settlement point of the city, where we will have the chance to see and shop at souvenir shops in the narrow winding streets, which are closed to traffic. After visiting the La Croissette Boulevard, which runs along the Cannes coast and hosts many luxury restaurants, shops, and hotels, we reach Nice after some free time. In our Nice tour, we will see Promenade des Anglais avenue, Nice Harbor, Massena Square, Flower Market, and Courthouse. After the Nice tour, guests who wish can join the optional Eze & Monaco & Monte Carlo Tour (80 Euro). In this tour, our first stop will be the village of Eze, one of the most famous villages along the Cote d’Azur, where we will visit a perfume factory where you can test and buy beautiful and famous perfumes at reasonable prices. After this visit, we will proceed to the fairytale kingdom of Monaco, also known as the smallest country in the world after Vatican City, and conduct our panoramic city tour of Monte Carlo, the center of luxury and splendor. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Nice area.
NICE – (Annecy Tour) – GENEVA
After breakfast and hotel check-out procedures, we head to Geneva. During our journey along the breathtaking natural scenery, we travel amidst the Alps, known as the roof of Europe, with the peak of Mont Blanc in view. Guests who wish can join the optional Annecy Tour (50 Euro) during this trip. Nicknamed “Venice of the Alps” for its canals and Thiou River running through it, Annecy, with its unusual location between mountains and a lake, will impress visitors. While in Annecy, we will visit the Chateau d’Annecy, built in the 17th century and restored in 1947, St. Maurice Church, and Palais de l’Isle, which is a popular photography spot. After a short free time along the shores of Lake Annecy, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Geneva. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Geneva area, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
GENEVA – (GOLDEN PASS Express Train to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairytale Castle Tour) – (Gruyeres Tour) – (Bern Tour) – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast and hotel check-out procedures, we begin our city tour. Known as “the French part of Switzerland,” Geneva, located on the banks of Lake Geneva, is a remarkable city that combines history, culture, science, and nature. The presence of international organizations’ (CERN, World Health Organization, UEFA, FIFA, United Nations) headquarters in Geneva elevates the city to a central cultural and administrative position. During our tour in Geneva, we will see St. Pierre Cathedral, the iconic Jet d’Eau fountain, which rises up to 140 meters, and the Reformation Monument. After the city tour, we head towards Alsace. During our trip, guests who wish can join the optional GOLDENPASS Express train to Lausanne & Montreux and Fairytale Castle Tour (95 Euro). Our first stop will be Lausanne, which has significant national historical importance due to hosting the Lausanne Treaty, signed on July 24, 1923, and one of the important episcopal centers of the Middle Ages. After the tour in Lausanne, we proceed to Montreux, which has historical landmarks like Chillon Castle and Freddy Mercury’s statue significant in the music world. After our tour in Montreux, we embark on a fantastic train journey toward the Swiss Alps on the GOLDENPASS Express, offering postcard-like lake views and mountain silhouettes. After an approximately 2-hour scenic train journey, we reach Gruyeres, where guests can join the optional Gruyeres Tour (40 Euro). Gruyeres, selected as Switzerland’s most beautiful village in 2014 and the homeland of world-famous Gruyère cheese, maintains its medieval character. After our tour in Gruyeres, we continue our journey towards the Alsace / Basel region. Guests who wish can also join the optional Bern Tour (50 Euro) during our travels. Bern is one of the few cities in Europe that has remained unchanged since the Middle Ages and is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site due to its historical fabric. After our tour in Bern, we continue to our hotel in the Alsace / Basel region. After transferring to the hotel, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
ALSACE / BASEL – (Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour) – STRASBOURG – FREIBURG – ALSACE / BASEL
After breakfast, we head to Strasbourg. During the journey, guests who wish can join the optional Alsace Pearls: Colmar & Riquewihr Tour (80 Euro). Our tour will first take us to the fairytale town of Colmar, where we will see the Old Customs House, the Pfister house, and the colorful houses along the banks of the Rhine River, including the most famous area, Petite Venise (Little Venice). Surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will find many delicious food options as well as shopping opportunities. Our next stop will be Riquewihr, known for its flowered balconies and historical buildings, which managed to survive the Second World War without significant damage. After visiting Riquewihr, we continue to Strasbourg, which is located at the borders of Germany, Switzerland, and France and is also the largest city in the Alsace region. Strasbourg will greet us with a fairytale-like charm. It was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992. During our city tour, we will walk through the traffic-free center and streets to see places such as Gutenberg Square and Statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the most important building in the city, and the oldest house in the city, which now operates as a hotel and restaurant, the Kammerzell house. After our Strasbourg tour, we have free time before we head to Freiburg, one of the most significant examples of green urbanism. Since 2010, only vehicles with low carbon levels are allowed to enter Freiburg, which is populated primarily by trams and bicycles. In Freiburg, known as the capital of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald), we will conduct our city tour, where we can see the historical and architectural influences of Germany, France, Austria, Spain, and Sweden throughout history. We will visit the Freiburg Cathedral, charming streets with small water channels unique to Freiburg, the Martin’s Tor gate from the Middle Ages, and Rathausplatz. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Alsace region.
ALSACE – HEIDI’S VILLAGES – (Como & Lugano Tour) – MILAN
After breakfast and hotel check-out procedures, we depart for a panoramic journey along Heidi’s Villages, where we will witness the vast mountains and green meadows that have left sweet memories from our childhood, as we remember our beloved character Heidi living with her grandfather and best friend Peter. After this beautiful journey, we head to Milan. Guests who wish can join the optional Como & Lugano Tour (80 Euro). Our first stop will be Lugano. In this tour, we will take a peaceful walk along Lake Lugano, located within Switzerland, which will fascinate us with its exceptional nature and beautiful scenery. After a free time in Lugano, we proceed to Como. Upon arrival, we will visit Lake Como, known for its luxury life and natural beauties, which hosts the summer homes of Hollywood celebrities and European elites, and take a photo break with the stunning lake view. After some free time in Como, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Milan area, we check into our rooms and have free time to relax.
MILAN – ST. MORITZ – BERNINA EXPRESS / RED TRAIN – OUTLET – MILAN
After breakfast, we set off for an unforgettable and breathtaking train journey on the Bernina railway line. We arrive at St. Moritz, a nature wonder and a hotspot for jet-setters, where we may have a short guided tour based on the train departure time and some free time. We then board the Bernina Express / Red Train for a mesmerizing journey, recognized as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, built between 1898 and 1904. During this dreamlike journey, we will witness and have the opportunity to photograph extraordinary landscapes. After an approximately 2-hour scenic train journey, we arrive at Tirano Station and continue our journey to Milan Outlet, where we can find products from famous brands at reasonable prices. After enjoying some pleasant and affordable shopping in this renowned outlet, we return to our hotel in the Milan area.
MILAN – BERGAMO – ISTANBUL
After breakfast and hotel check-out procedures, we head to Bergamo Airport for our return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, we complete the baggage check-in, check-in, and passport control procedures before boarding Pegasus Airlines’ scheduled flight PC1212 at 11:45 to Istanbul. We arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 15:25 local time, marking the end of our tour.
