Tour Program
Day 1 Ankara – Belgrade – Srebrenica - Sarajevo
Meeting at the Air Serbia Counter at Ankara Airport International Departures Terminal at 02:00. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Belgrade at 04:10 on Air Serbia flight JU431. Arrival in Belgrade at 05:10 local time. After baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we leave the Belgrade airport with our private vehicle. The first destination of our tour is Srebrenica located in the east of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We visit Srebrenica, the center of the massacre that occurred on July 11, 1995, to commemorate it. Here we commemorate by visiting the camp where innocent Bosnian people were detained and the memorial. We then proceed to the capital Sarajevo. We take a stroll in Sarajevo's most prestigious bazaar, Baščaršija. In our tour introducing this cultural city, we start with the Sebilj Fountain, which has virtually become a symbol of the bazaar, and then we see Morica Han, one of the city's most authentic spots. Next, we visit the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Suleiman the Magnificent. Continuing our tour, we see the Clock Tower, the famous fountain that has become a ritual, and the meeting point of cultures. This street is also where the Eternal Flame monument, a symbol, is located; afterwards, we enter a free time where our guests can photograph the Latin Bridge, where World War I started. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Sarajevo – Vrelo Bosna - Konjic – Mostar – Blagaj – Medjugorje
After breakfast, we visit Vrelo Bosne, the largest national park in Sarajevo, located at the foot of Mount Igman, which includes the source of the Bosna River, famous for its excellent walking paths, carriage rides, and authentic cafés. After the free time, we proceed to Mostar. The journey to Mostar will take approximately 2.5 hours with breaks at several points. Our first break will be in the town of Konjic (Konyitz) to see the famous Konjic Bridge, restored by Turkey, which has survived since the Ottoman period, and enjoy coffee by the Neretva river. Afterward, upon arrival in Mostar, we will conduct a walking city tour, starting with Mostar Bridge (built by Architect Hayreddin in 1557, it is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We will see the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque and then visit Blagaj Alperenler Tekkesi and the settlement of Blagaj where the Buna River spring is located, which is 12 km away from central Mostar. After the tour, we will have overnight accommodation at the hotel in Medjugorje or the surrounding area.

Day 3 Medjugorje – Kotor – Budva - Shkodra
After breakfast, we enter Montenegro, one of the world's youngest countries. Our first stop is Kotor, an important historical and natural treasure and a tourism attraction; here you will walk in Stari Grad (Old Town-Castle) and get to know this charming place. After the Kotor tour, we will pass through Budva and take a panoramic break to see the stunning St. Stefan, which was once a fishermen's settlement that was nationalized and subsequently sold to a Singapore billionaire, currently being restored for tourism. Then we will move on to the Albanian city of Shkodra. After our arrival, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Shkodra - Tirana – Ohrid
After breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to the center of Tirana. A beautiful city that endured wars throughout the 20th century and suffered under the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha for 40 years, which was built by Suleiman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920. We conduct a panoramic tour guiding us through the historic Ethem Bey Mosque, the Historic Clock Tower, the National History Museum, the Opera House. Some of the places we will see from our vehicle include the Parliament and Prime Minister’s Buildings, the Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and the Tirana Pyramid, After the Tirana tour and free time, we proceed to Ohrid, located in Macedonia, the jewel of the Balkans. We start our tour of Ohrid at the Harbor square, mentioning the statues we will see, and during our walk in the neighborhood where the historical Ohrid houses, where the shooting of the TV show Elveda Rumeli took place, we present the historical Ottoman houses, the Church of Ayasofya, and the presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, which is the greatest symbol of Ohrid. After our tour, we proceed to free time for personal exploration.After our visits, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our Ohrid hotel.

Day 5 Ohrid – Sv Naum – Tetova(Kalkandelen) – Skopje
After breakfast, we arrive at St. Naum, the birthplace of Lake Ohrid. We visit the source of Lake Ohrid. The breathtaking view you will see is stunning. After visiting Sveti Naum, we proceed to Tetovo (Kalkandelen), which has a predominantly Muslim Albanian population and is the second largest city in Macedonia. We will do a panoramic tour and visit the Alaca Mosque, which has a rare architecture in the Balkans. After our tour, we move on to Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. We start our tour of this city, where two different cultures are separated by the famous Vardar River, starting with a visit to the giant Alexander the Great statue and then cross over the historic Skopje Stone Bridge built over the Vardar River, witnessing a moment of how cultures change rapidly; we pass to the Üsküp Turkish Market, which is one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. We will talk about the statues at the entrance of the bazaar and start our bazaar tour with the historic Davut Paşa Bath, then finish our tour by visiting Kapan Han, one of the most important structures of the Ottoman bazaar organization, and the Murat Pasha Mosque, which has survived despite earthquakes. Following our visits, we will have one hour of free time for shopping at the Turkish Bazaar. We will have the opportunity to buy Shushka pepper, Ustrumca nuts, and chariks. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 Skopje – Matka Canyon – Prizren(Kosovo) – Skopje (Balkan Night)
After breakfast, we head to the Matka Canyon, known for its unique beauty. After our nature walk, guests have the option to take a boat tour through the canyon. Following our tour, we drive to the capital of Kosovo, Pristina, which has a predominantly Muslim Albanian population. We'll enjoy a panoramic view of Pristina, then proceed to visit the tomb of I. Murad (Hüdavendigar), who was martyred by Obilić during the Kosovo Battle, one of the greatest victories of the Ottomans in the Balkans. After our visit, we’ll take a short bus ride to Prizren, one of the most charming cities in the Balkans, where we will conduct a panoramic tour, visiting the 17th-century Turkish Bath, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and the Prizren Fortress. Our tour ends with free time in Prizren. Afterward, we return to Skopje, and upon arrival, we have a Balkan night at a local restaurant as determined by our guide, included in the tour price. Day 7 Belgrade – Ankara
After breakfast, we depart for Belgrade. Upon arrival, we start our sightseeing tour with Knez Mihailova Street, the most fashionable avenue of the city. Next, we visit the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmet was injured but the conquest was granted to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman; within the fortress, we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the Tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu Fountain, and have a stunning view at the terrace where the Sava and Danube rivers merge. After the tour, we’ll have free time until the flight time. Later, we transfer to Belgrade airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, depart for Ankara at 00:30 on Air Serbia flight JU430. Arrival in Ankara at 03:25. We hope to see you on your next trip...
