Day 1: Ankara - Cairo
Be at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Esenboğa Airport at 06:30. After ticketing and departure procedures at the airport, depart on the special FREEBIRD Airlines flight at 09:30 to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. After arriving at Sphinx International Airport at local time 11:00, transfer to Cairo city center. Then, upon arrival in Cairo, during our panoramic city tour, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions such as the Cairo Citadel, Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sedat's Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and El Tahrir Square.
After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may participate in the optional Dinner Cruise on the Nile. Check-in at the hotel and overnight at our hotel.

On the boat tour we will take on the Nile River, we will have the chance to enjoy our dinner accompanied by live music and also enjoy Cairo's lights and night views. Day 2: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after our early breakfast, the rooms will be vacated. Guests who wish can enjoy free time to make use of the hotel’s activities Guests who wish can also join the extra Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour. After our tour, we will head to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic destination. After our pleasant 7-hour journey, we will check into the hotel and stay overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticketing and customs procedures, our flight with the special FREEBIRD Airlines service starts at 20:45. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Depending on the density of the region or the period, price changes may occur for extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- In cases where the hotel(s) are indicated only by category information without a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited, and the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are up to 2-3 hours long, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the visited places on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transportation or on foot in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the destination airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be offered.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for abroad travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general conditions and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- For guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and any situation that may prevent the flight.
- The documents needed by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Our guests should arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that the visa was not used no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be offered. These situations have been reported at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is used, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room exists in the hotel, the hotel will place a block according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to plane tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a penalty for not carrying travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or inability to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası’ control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to join the tours on the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are trips organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required quorum is not met, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or taken by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these trips or tours.
- The plane seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically lost. The airline company’s rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, because they missed the group departure, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country on a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests who want to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and only if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the plane seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
- When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without disrupting the content of the program.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
