Day 1 Ankara – Stockholm - Jönköping
Meeting at Ajet Airlines counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure with Ajet Airlines flight number VF503 at 13:45 to Stockholm. Arrival in Stockholm at 16:30. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we depart from the airport for a city tour. After that, we head to Jönköping. We will see the city panoramically and transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our hotel in Jönköping.

Day 2 Jönköping – Copenhagen
After the breakfast we will have at our hotel, we will head to the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. Upon arrival, we will first have a palace tour. During our tour of Frediriksburg Palace, we will see the castle which is one of the extraordinary examples of the Renaissance movement and has played an important role in the history of Northern Europe from the outside, then we will visit the palace used by the Danish Royal family as their summer palace and its specially designed garden. After that, we will start the city tour of Copenhagen. Our city tour will include places such as Christiansborg Palace, Amalienborg Palace (Royal Palace), The Little Mermaid, Stroget which is the longest pedestrian street in Europe, Nyhavn Canal, Medieval Stock Exchange Buildings, and City Hall Square. After the tour, we will carry out a canal boat tour of Copenhagen. Then transfer to our hotel. Overnight in our hotel in Copenhagen.

After having breakfast at our hotel, we leave for a city tour. In Oslo, we will carry out our city tour. Day 5 Oslo – Voringsfossen - Bergen
After breakfast at our hotel, we proceed to Bergen. During the scenic journey, we will see the Voringsfossen waterfall and arrive in Bergen. As Norway's second-largest city, we will carry out a city tour in Bergen. Known as the city of seven mountains, Bergen was once the capital of Norway in the 13th century; during our visit, we will see the Fish Market, the colorful houses that symbolize Bergen, and the old wharf area Bryggen. During the free time we will allow, you may shop at the fish market or taste various seafood delicacies. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Bergen and free time to rest. After having breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Gudvangen. During this trip accompanied by stunning views, we will also visit the famous Tvindefossen waterfall. After arriving in Gudvangen, we will board the boat for a sparkling journey in the fjords. During our journey to Flam, we will encounter snippets of Norway's magnificent scenery. After our journey, we arrive in Flam and head to our hotel. Guests wishing can participate in the Flam train activity to be organized by our guide (175 EUR). We will be staying in Lilhammer, Hamar, or nearby based on availability.
After having breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Gudvangen. During this trip accompanied by stunning views, we will also visit the famous Tvindefossen waterfall. After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Stockholm. We will take a break in Karlstad, which is built at the point where one of Sweden's longest rivers, Klarälven, flows into Vänern Lake, one of Sweden's largest lakes. The City Harbor is the second largest lake harbor in Sweden after Västerås. During our tour, we will see the Karlstad Cathedral and the Old Town Square of Karlstad. After the Karlstad tour, we will continue our journey to Stockholm. Overnight in our hotel in Stockholm.

Day 8 Stockholm – Ankara
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will carry out our city tour. In our Stockholm city tour; Fjallgatan Hill, Gamla Stan from the Middle Ages, the Christmas Square and its Famous Houses, Djurgarden Park, the City Hall, the National Theater Building which contains seven theaters under one roof, Stock Exchange Building, and Kunqsrad Park will be among the places to visit. After our tour, we will give free time for shopping. You can get ready to get lost in the streets of Stockholm and experience the magic of the Middle Ages. Afterwards, at the time indicated by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. After completing ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Ankara with Ajet Airlines flight number VF504 at 17:25. Arrival in Ankara at 22:10. Our guests agree that they will participate in the tours indicated in the tour program and will not disturb the program and will pay for expenses for local guide, museum & entry fees, city taxes, and if applicable audio system as earlier notified and accepted in the tour program. The guest has been fully and completely informed in this regard.
INFORMATION
- During the tour, it is recommended to use a credit card for shopping and expenses in all countries included in the program. Since each country has its own currency, the most common and secure payment method is a bank card or credit card. If we have euros, currency exchange will only be possible where available.
- During the trip, comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the coach seating plan, and no fixed seat or front-seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages over 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic beverages under 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or skin care products: 5 items, Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may change the program flow depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places specified in the program are shown.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If less than 30 days remain, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or workplace leave documents obtained from authorities in Turkey submitted with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 20 days before departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Viyatravel 2 days before departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the departure date.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have accepted the possible tightness of the room and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and within the applicable age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary and excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. If the panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit visits on the day and time of the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during the trip may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local service provider we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the excursions may not be carried out, or the price, content, and vehicle used for extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destination and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable roadside rest stop. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
- For participants on air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline’s website.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses required to join the tour, including new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
