- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are fold-down or coach-type beds, tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of limited menu items such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned exclusively to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to cities, conducted with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because they coincide with days and times when local authorities do not permit visiting or entering other tours listed in the program, due to any event causing closed roads, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası shall not be responsible for the non-performance of said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at border crossings during land travel may exceed standard limits; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at airline counters in airports or online via the airlines' websites.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing these procedures on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for those who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by them.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
