IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours with guide commentary from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entries.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meet-and-greet for our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passport if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, the mentioned passports must be renewed, and if the destination country applies visas to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the finalized visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and this situation that may prevent the flight.
- The documents required by our passengers who will apply for their own visa (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an extra service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees paid to the consulates and similar charges for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that they did not use the visa no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the assistance of a different visa brokerage company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The plane type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of the contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, blocking is done by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast offered at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter into the system the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be traveled with. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are required to have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any penalty due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or exiting some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another country or multiple countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of economy and time savings for the group accept waiting for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests, and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or excursions.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In such cases, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). Also, because they have missed the group departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
- Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for outgoing/incoming international calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- If children under 18 travel with their mother, they must obtain consent from their father; if they travel with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; and if they travel with a third person, they must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
