1st Day: Istanbul - Sharm El Sheikh
At Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, be present at the AJET AIRLINES counter at 11:10 AM. After completing check-in procedures at the airport, depart for Sharm El Sheikh, the exotic holiday destination in Egypt, with AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF 257 at 14:10 PM. Upon arrival at 16:50 local time, proceed to your hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Enjoy the activities at your hotel for the rest of the day. Overnight stay at our hotel.
2nd Day: Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast in the morning, enjoy free time to make the most of the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish may participate in the extra tours, including Sea Scope (Underwater Observation) and ATV Desert Safari. Overnight stay at our hotel.

This fun tour, starting from your hotel, lasts approximately 2 hours. 3rd Day: Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish may participate in extra tours. They can join the boat trip to Ras Mohamed and (City Tour with Meal). Overnight stay at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Boat Tour to Ras Mohamed with Lunch // 60 USD per adult – 40 USD per child
You are invited to a boat trip where you will closely explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world within the Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserves in the Red Sea! You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed National Park. You can swim with snorkeling equipment guided by diving instructors in the coral reefs. Additionally, you will stop at "White Island," a natural formation comprising white sand where you can take pictures and take care of yourself with the sands believed to have healing properties. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour.

4th Day: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
After an early breakfast, we are headed to Egypt's capital, Cairo. After approximately a 7-hour enjoyable journey, upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions during the panoramic city tour: Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, enjoy free time. Overnight stay at our hotel.
5th Day: Cairo
After breakfast in the morning, there will be free time. Guests who wish may partake in the extra tours organized at the time specified by our guide, including the Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum and the Lunch cruise on the Nile. Afterward, transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide.

Are you ready to see one of the seven wonders of the ancient world? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and one of the richest museums in the world, the New Cairo Museum. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant. Entry fees to the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Beverages at lunch are extra.
Extra Tour: Dinner cruise on the Nile // 75 USD per adult – 55 USD per child
During the boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy our dinner accompanied by live music while also appreciating the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Beverages at dinner are extra.
6th Day: Cairo - Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF248 departs at 02:40. After arriving at 04:55 local time, our journey comes to an end. We wish to see you again on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation of less than 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided the content remains the same.
- Prices of extra tours may vary depending on the region's density or the season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning names in our programs, and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
- Our guides will meet at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package only covers panoramic city tours and round trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. the hotels may be used at greater distances than the specified km. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days before the tour's departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized as general introductions to the cities and are made from inside the vehicle with a guide’s narration, excluding entrance to museums and heritage sites, and last no more than 2-3 hours.
- Panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program may be canceled due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, road closures due to any events, or weather conditions that make it impossible to perform the tour. BTB Tours is not responsible for failure to carry out these tours. Some tours may be conducted collectively by public transportation or on foot, where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide will be at the meeting point at the airport when you arrive at the destination. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they have stayed before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Hotels listed in the program are available for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be offered.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be accepted with old currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are aimed at international travel, guests are responsible for their knowledge of foreign languages.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation is mandatory to communicate the general terms and obligations available below to our guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date of their passports is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they will visit and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, these passports must be renewed, and if the country requiring visas for T.C. citizens is involved, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Responsibility lies with the passenger in the event of any consequence.
- Passenger passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of any obstruction, the responsibility lies with the passengers.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to deny a visa if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS has no responsibility related to the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the duty of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no authority or responsibility for personal visa applications.
- When BTB TOURS submits a visa application on behalf of the passenger, it is the responsibility of the passenger to verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any errors on the visa that may impede travel.
- For passengers who will apply for visas on their own, the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this time frame; otherwise, BTB TOURS will not be held responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If guests cancel their reservation or do not participate in the tour, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa services through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service was mentioned as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the respective tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount excluding the consular and similar expenses within 1 week after showing that they have not used their visa by presenting their passport within the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with assistance from another visa brokerage company and BTB TOURS cancels the respective tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane lands. The type and time of the flight can change, and hotels’ availability may vary during high seasons or special periods. This may lead to offering a similar alternative hotel. These situations are noted during the contract and THE PASSENGER AGREES TO ACCEPT THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are assigned according to hotel availability. They include an extra bed, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if suitable rooms are available, the hotel will make the block accordingly.
- Child discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
- The hotels offer continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is essential to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport to be traveled. Tickets will be issued according to this information. Any cancellation or penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the passenger.
- All guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and must keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests without travel insurance may face fines from the police of the relevant country. The responsibility lies with customers in the event of being penalized for not having the travel insurance on hand.
- Due to the diplomatic relations between countries, having entered one country may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter the border of another country; such situations are not under the control of BTB TOURS and it is acknowledged that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such cases.
- To benefit from the economic benefits of route options, our guests who do not wish to participate in the tours conducted on routes have accepted to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour is completed, our bus will pick up those guests and continue our trip.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours can be conducted on different days or may not occur due to weather conditions, while BTB TOURS is obliged to provide the most suitable alternative to our dear guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, there may be changes in prices or extra tours may not be conducted.
- Any tours that local authorities do not allow to be visited cannot be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- In our programs, the flight seats are group seats, and round trip tickets are arranged as one. If the departure flight is missed or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In this case, the rules of the airline apply.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In the event of a missed flight due to such situations or personal reasons, it is the guest's responsibility to cover the cost of obtaining a new ticket (which may need to be a round trip ticket as in the previous item if necessary). Moreover, if one misses the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in such cases, the responsibility falls on the guest. Additionally, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the guest is responsible for the transfer to and from the airport - city or airport - hotel.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. As the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, the ticket may need to be upgraded to economy class with availability after paying a difference specified by the airline. The price difference that arises in this situation will be the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your GSM operator if your line is open for international calls before leaving Turkey.
- During your travel, when leaving transportation vehicles and hotels you have stayed in, please ensure you have collected all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the program or the airline to be flown without violating the content of the program due to force majeure or deemed necessary situations.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if they are traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother, and if they are traveling with a third person, they must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any failure to conduct the flight due to the absence of this consent.
- The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
