Day 1: Izmir – Sharm El Sheikh
At the Pegasus Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 10:30. Meeting. After completing airport departure procedures, departure to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt’s exotic holiday destination, on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1788 at 13:30’da After arriving at 15:35 local time, transfer to our hotel.
After our check-in procedures, we will settle into our rooms.
You will be informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. Our guests who wish may join the tours organized as an extra. Overnight at our hotel.

After the breakfast we will have early in the morning, we check out by emptying our rooms. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After completing our baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Izmir on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1789 at 15:20’de. After arrival at 18:45’te local time, our journey ends. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from the advantageous travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are carried out with a minimum participation of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- When only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
- In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km's. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program cannot be performed because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be carried out by public transport or on foot at locations where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
- Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Hotels in the program are offered for sale as such, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are for overseas travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- If our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport obtained their passport more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
- For passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in a similar way, in order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent flight.
- Our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves usually need 1 business day to obtain the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.). Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was not used within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa agency and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- 3-person rooms are allocated according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname as written in the passport to be traveled with, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests are absolutely required to have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with our guests if they are fined for not carrying the travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for another/multiple countries, and since this situation is outside the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to join tours conducted on the route, for the purpose of providing economic and time benefit to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the trip, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
- Trips or tours that are not allowed to be visited or taken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. In such a case, the airline's rules apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Also, because the group has missed the outbound departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, the responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to international calls/being called.
- When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles you used and the hotels where you stayed during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
- Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
