• The prices of extra tours may vary during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may be changed.
  
   

 

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following matters should be observed: Men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and a headscarf are required. Lunch is included in our tour.
• For our Desert Safari tour, the matters to pay attention to are: wearing sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bringing a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink large amounts of water. Guests who have stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their situation.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. During the sale/purchase process of extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Since the hotel(s) in the tour program are sold as VB, they will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip in cases where only category information is provided without naming and/or where there are options for the same destination.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned panoramic tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels included in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided; no guarantee of the hotel name is given.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are carried out in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied the same
• Since our package tours are abroad-oriented, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations below, must be conveyed to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport must renew their passports if the passport issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                                                        
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or for this situation, which may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, after the guest proves with their passport that they did not use the visa within at most 1 week after the visa end date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be given, and if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel makes the blocking according to availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to plane tickets arising from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred for not carrying the travel insurance, responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other country or to enter through the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours on the route of the trip that are made for the purpose of providing economic and time advantages to the group, our guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra visit ends. When the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as one round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline’s rules apply in such a case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards / screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket, if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, since they missed the group’s departure, they may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only carry out the upgrade transactions if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are from the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the fare difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the departure of the tour.
• In order to use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• When briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both parents if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program.
