1.    Day    ISTANBUL – COPENHAGEN
Meet at 06:30 at the Pegasus Airlines counter in Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. Depart to Copenhagen with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1071 at 09:40. After arriving at 12:00 local time, board the waiting bus and head to the port. After check-in procedures, free time to settle into cabins. Our ship departs the port at 18:00 in the evening. 

2.    Day    AT SEA
On this day, while sailing at sea, you can spend your time using the ship’s open and indoor pools, fitness, sauna, and other activities or shopping at duty-free shops. You can also enjoy entertainment with shows and music at the bar or try your luck at the casino.

3.    Day    RIGA
Our ship will dock at the port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests can optionally join the “Riga City Tour” organized by the guide. Riga is the capital of Latvia and the largest and most cosmopolitan city in the Baltic region. It features Gothic and Art Nouveau architecture, the beautiful Bastejkalns Park, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Enjoy a pleasant day. The ship departs the port at 15:00.

4.    Day    KLAIPÉDA
After breakfast on board, the ship will dock at Klaipėda port at 08:00. Guests can optionally join the “Klaipėda City Tour” organized by our guide. Klaipėda is an ancient port city in Lithuania overlooking the Baltic Sea. Its history dates back to the 13th century, and the city center resembles a medieval German village. You can explore the old Soviet missile base and the mysterious Hill of Witches. The ship will leave the port at 17:00 in the evening.

5.    Day    TALLINN
Our ship will dock at the port at 12:00 noon. Guests can optionally join the “Tallinn City Tour” organized by the guide. Tallinn is Estonia’s capital and cultural center, located in the Gulf of Finland. It has medieval city walls, Gothic squares, churches, and charming cobblestone streets. The ship will depart the port at 23:00.

6.    Day    HELSINKI
Our ship will dock at 07:00 in the morning. Guests can optionally join the “Helsinki City Tour” organized by the guide. Helsinki, the capital of Finland, is a charismatic city with elegant Neoclassical facades, historical museums, and lush boulevards surrounded by trees. The ship will leave the port at 16:00 in the afternoon.

7.    Day    STOCKHOLM
Docking at 08:00 in the morning. Guests can optionally join the “Stockholm City Tour” organized by the guide. Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, located on the eastern coast, consists of fourteen enchanting islands. Explore this lively cosmopolitan city. The ship departs at 17:00 in the evening.

8.    Day    VISBY
Arriving at 08:00 in the morning. Guests can optionally join the “Visby City Tour” organized by the guide. Visby on Gotland Island is one of Scandinavia’s best-preserved medieval cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its magnificent ancient walls and charming historic center. The ship will leave the port at 17:00 in the evening.

9.    Day    GDYNIA (GDANSK)
Docking at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests can optionally join the “Gdynia (Gdansk) City Tour” organized by the guide. Gdynia is a Polish port city on the Baltic Sea's Gdańsk Bay, with a colorful maritime history, and hosts the iconic statue of Joseph Conrad. The city is known for its modernist buildings and impressive landmarks like the Grand Square. The ship will depart at 17:00 in the evening.

10.    Day    AT SEA
While sailing at sea, you can enjoy the ship’s pools, fitness activities, shows, music, or shopping at duty-free shops. You can also try your luck at the casino.

11.    Day    OSLO
Arriving at 10:00 in the morning. Guests can optionally join the “Oslo City Tour” organized by the guide. Oslo, the capital of Norway, is a lively city with various activities and tourist attractions, whether in the city, countryside, or fjordside. The ship departs at 20:00 in the evening.

12.    Day    SKAGEN
Docking at 08:00 in the morning. Skagen, in the North Jutland region of Denmark, is a charming town. You can join the “Skagen City Tour” organized by the guide to see sights such as the Skagen Museum, Lighthouse, and the Historic Church. The ship departs at 18:00 in the evening.

13.    Day    COPENHAGEN – ISTANBUL
Arriving at 05:00 in the morning. After breakfast on board, disembark the ship. Our private bus will transfer us to the airport. Arrival at Copenhagen Airport, baggage check-in procedures, and departure on flight PC 1074 at 15:55 towards Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul at 20:00 local time. See you on our next enjoyable trip!

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Provided that passports and necessary documents are submitted completely, the AGENCY will assist with visa applications. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
  • The AGENCY is not responsible for issues arising from the failure to submit the required documents for the visa in a timely and complete manner.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry to the country. The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry to the individual. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
  • In hotels, when accommodating in triple rooms, the extra bed may be smaller than a standard bed. In some hotels, there may not be a third bed option. The AGENCY will inform its guests about such hotels at the time of sale.
  • Child prices are valid only if the children are staying in the same room and cabin as their parents in the 3rd and 4th occupancy conditions. In the 0-2 age child application, the child must not turn 2 years old on the return date of the tour, and in the 3-12 year child application, the child must not turn 12 years old on the return date of the tour.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
  • If there is insufficient participation in the tour, the AGENCY will inform guests of the cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
  • The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
  • Domestic low-cost flights include a baggage allowance of 20 kg.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
  • Extra tours are organized subject to a certain participation requirement. If there is insufficient participation, they may not be organized. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement can be made.
  • For extra tours conducted en route, guests who will not participate will be directed by our guide to the rest areas before entering the city.
  • During the tour, tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
  • In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.
  • During the cruise, 2 of the evening meals you will have are official dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger wishing to dine here brings at least one suit, and females bring at least one evening dress.
  • During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will dine will be pre-determined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal to the last meal on the ship, everyone will sit in pre-assigned places.
  • During check-in for the cruise, without exception, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship's reception or pay a cash deposit while receiving their cabin keys. No cash is accepted anywhere on the ship except for the casino. The currency used on the ship is EUR, and credit cards are also accepted. You can check all your expenses on the televisions in your rooms.
  • It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
  • At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all our group’s suitcases will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. You are required to attach these tags to your suitcases at the cruise port.
  • Your bags may not arrive in your cabins until late on the first departure day. This is due to the congestion and crowding and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential items in a small handbag to take with you on the first day you board the ship.
  • It is imperative to adhere to the departure times of the ship. At the ports, entry to the ship must be made at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
  • At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your bags and leave them by your cabin doors with the tags that will be provided to you the night before, by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will receive their bags from the station where their bags are located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST EACH GUEST TO COLLECT THEIR OWN SUITCASE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
  • ALL GUESTS MUST KEEP THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN FLIGHT TICKETS, AS WELL AS CRUISE TICKETS, WITH THEM. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHECKING IN TO THE COUNTRY / SHIP OF GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS LIES WITH THEM.
