• The prices of the extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• In Abu Dhabi tours, during the mosque visit, the following should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; and a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following should be observed: wear sportswear and comfortable clothing, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the area or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• Since the tour program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet in the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, insofar as possible.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as VB, etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• To avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are abroad, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, along with the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a Republic of Turkey green passport, if their passport issue date is more than 10 years old, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after presenting the passport showing that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa end date, excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa by their own means and/or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, route changes may occur. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it is blocked by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests, whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, must definitely have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face such a penalty for not having their travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering or leaving some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or to enter from the border gate, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join tours carried out on the route for the economy and time benefit of the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing is over. At the end of the visit, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are sightseeing tours organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may not be possible or prices may change.
• Sightseeing tours or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these sightseeing tours or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket by paying for it themselves (as a round-trip ticket if required according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to have their flight tickets upgraded with miles may only do so if there is availability on the relevant airline's flight after their tickets have been issued. Since the flight seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and to move the ticket from group class to an economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/being called.
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place because of the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
