• Before passing through passport control when transferring to Cairo, you are required to obtain an Egyptian visa for 30 USD.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional density or the season, price changes may occur in extra tours. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only category information is given without a name in the tour program and/or there are optional choices for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration and not including entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, within possibilities, be carried out by public transport or on foot in closed-road areas or places where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are sold as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, foreign language knowledge is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests together with the general conditions and obligations available below. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport, if the passport issuance date is older than 10 years, must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the situation that may prevent the flight.
• The procurement of the documents required for our passengers who will apply for their visa themselves (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after presenting with the passport within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date that the visa was not used, excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, routes may change. The type and time of the aircraft may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These conditions have been notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be given; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, block reservation is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth, and passport number as written in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests, whether they obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they face a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and leaving some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa for another/one or more countries or not being able to enter from the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Our guests who do not wish to participate in tours carried out on the route, in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on the weather, provided that the content does not change. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item) by paying for it themselves. Also, because they missed the group's departure, they may miss part or all of the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their airline tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls. 
• While briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
