Prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase apply for extra tours.

Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour fees may be changed.

 

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following points should be observed; men should not wear shorts, women should not wear tank tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts, and for the mosque visit, a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, the following points should be observed; wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests who have stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from advantageous sightseeing package prices on extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are carried out with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Due to regional density or the season, price changes may occur for extra tours. For extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where, within the tour program, only category information is provided and/or options exist for the same destination, due to processing as VB or without specifying names, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated km. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible if the aforementioned tours cannot be carried out in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, including the general conditions and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the passport issuance date is older than 10 years, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only performs the role of intermediary agency. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate and applies for a visa, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and the resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their own visa, the procurement of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport showing that the visa was unused within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were notified at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. 3-person rooms have an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if there is a suitable room in the hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests, whether they obtain them from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If they encounter a fine due to not carrying their travel insurance, the responsibility belongs to our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may result in not being able to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route so that the visit provides economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are trips organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be carried out or the price may change.
• Tours or excursions that are not allowed to be visited or traveled to by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group departure was missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. However, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline after their tickets have been issued. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called.
• Please make sure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you stayed at, whether for a short period or completely, during your trip.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without disrupting the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third person must obtain consent from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
