Red Sea Tours

You are invited to a boat trip where you will closely discover the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world inside Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea!  You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed Natural Park. You can snorkel among the coral reefs accompanied by dive guides. In addition, you will stop at a white sand island formed by a natural formation on the sea, called "White Island." IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
• In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on the density of the region or the period. In extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• When only category information is provided without a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The included guiding service in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and lasting at most 2-3 hours, including no museum or archaeological site entrances, and conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, within possibilities, be carried out by public transportation or on foot in closed roads or places where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide reception takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as specified. Hotel availability may change in high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general conditions and obligations below must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with the Republic of Turkey green passport obtained their passport more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa and for this situation that may prevent the flight.
• Our passengers who will apply for their visa on their own are required to provide the documents needed (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.), which normally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after subtracting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest proves with the passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations are reported at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. No guarantee can be given for 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room exists in the hotels, the hotel makes a block reservation according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be traveled with must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. The penalty fees for cancellation or change of airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must certainly have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to keep the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests in case of a penalty for not having travel insurance with them.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry to and exit from some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa for another country/countries or to enter from the border gate, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not want to join tours conducted on the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or made for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the airline apply in such cases.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. If such a situation or personal reasons cause the flight to be missed, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, because the group has missed its departure, the guest may miss part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if going to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to have their airline tickets upgraded with miles can only do so after their tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class to which it can be upgraded. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calling/being called. 
• When briefly or fully leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels you use during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, if traveling with their father from their mother, and if traveling with a third person from both their mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Conditions are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of it.
