• The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
• Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be canceled or tour prices may change.
   

• IMPORTANT NOTES

• During mosque visits on Abu Dhabi tours, the following should be observed: men should not wear shorts; women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings or shorts; a long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf are required for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• The following should be observed on our Desert Safari tour: wear sportswear and comfortable clothes, and bring a cardigan. Do not eat a heavy meal before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour price may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• On extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional crowding or the period. During extra tours, the prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid.
• Because the hotels in the tour program are sold as VB, when hotels are stated without a name and only category information is given and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• On our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours lasting at most 2-3 hours, without museum or historical site entrance fees, with guide commentary from inside the vehicle.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours when panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out on the day and time they coincide with the tour due to the closure of places to be visited by local authorities, roads on the route being closed due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where possible in closed roads or places where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the reception of the hotel where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are sold as etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old currency that banks will not accept
• Since transactions for extra tour purchases are made in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally
• Since our package tours are abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

  GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have a passport issuance date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or they may not be allowed to fly from Turkey by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• The validity of guests' passports must be at least 6 months from the date of return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                   
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanctions or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For our passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the documents needed (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) normally take 1 business day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are not refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding the fees paid to consulates and similar charges for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel makes the arrangement according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name and surname as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for airline ticket cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Fines may be imposed by the police of the relevant country on guests who do not carry their travel insurance. In the event of such a penalty because the travel insurance is not carried, responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not wish to join the tours conducted on the route so that the visit benefits the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is over. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are arranged with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or made for any reason are not carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The airline seats in our programs are group seats, and they are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. In this case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on the information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be followed by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for their new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary according to the previous item). In addition, they may miss part or all of the first day's program because they missed the group departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight from the group, transfer from the airport to the city or airport to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets with miles may only do so after their tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the airline seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline company and convert the ticket from group class to an upgradeable economy class. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
• Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for overseas calls/being called.
• When leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels you stay in for a short time or permanently during your trip, please make sure that you take all your belongings with you.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
