IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Depending on regional density or the period, price changes may occur in extra tours. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is given without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour.
• In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination to be visited; the guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip area transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or change of extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated km distances. In such a case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be held because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
• The hotels in the program are offered for sale as listed. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• To avoid being affected by exchange rate differences, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currencies are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style foreign currencies that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, and the general terms and obligations available below, must be conveyed to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a T.C. green passport have a passport issue date older than 10 years, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any hindering situation is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger not being able to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only acts as an intermediary institution. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, applies for a visa, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or any situation that may prevent boarding.
• For passengers who will apply for their own visa, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must plan their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not join/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that the guest presents the passport proving that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of another visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary in high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
• 3-person rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms; if such a room is available in hotels, blocking is made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the name and surname as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Whether obtained from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, our guests must definitely have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they encounter such a penalty due to not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting some countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries, and since this situation is not within Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası' control, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• Guests who do not want to join tours carried out along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group accept to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our excursion will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to present the most suitable alternative possible to you, our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities to be visited or traveled to for any reason will not be operated. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be lost. In such a case, the airline company's rules apply.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). Also, due to missing the group departure, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. In addition, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from the area to the city or from the area to the hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline company. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• Before leaving Turkey, to use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/call reception. 
• When leaving the means of transportation you used during your trip and the hotels where you stayed for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 must obtain consent from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both mother and father if traveling with a third person. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
