ROMA TK 2026 (FCO-FCO)

1. DAY                ISTANBUL – ROME We meet our valued guests in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we head to Rome city center with our private bus waiting for us at the airport for a panoramic city tour. After arriving in Rome, we begin our panoramic city tour. Places to be seen during our tour include Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned; Piazza Venezia, where Mussolini addressed the public and which is the topographic center of Rome and Italy; the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument; the Colosseum, which hosted gladiator battles; the “Trevi” Fountain, made famous by the film La Dolce Vita; the Spanish Steps with 135 stairs; and the Spanish Square with the Fountain of the Barking Ship. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel. 2. DAY          ROME After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional “Step by Step Rome” tour organized by our guide for an extra fee of 85€. On this tour, we set out to discover Rome, one of the oldest cities in the world and once known as the center of the world under the name Caput Mundi. Places to be seen during our tour include the Pantheon, built by Agrippa in the BC era and possessing the largest dome ever dedicated to all gods of Paganism; Piazza Navona, considered one of the most beautiful squares in the world with its three fountains; San Luigi dei Francesi Church, where we will have the opportunity to see Caravaggio’s works; Sant’Andrea della Valle Church, one of the most beautifully decorated churches in Rome; and Campo de’ Fiori, which also hosts a permanent market in another famous square of Rome. After the tour, we will enjoy a world-famous Roman ice cream and have free time. After free time, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Step by Step Rome Tour: 85 Euro, including transportation + guide service + ice cream 3. DAY             ROME After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional “Outlet and Lakes Region” (Castel Gandolfo-Nemi) & Vatican tour organized by our guide for 80 Euro. After visiting the region of natural beauty where the popes spend their summers and Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries and a place you will want to live forever, we will have free time at Italy’s most famous outlet area. Then we head to St. Peter’s Square, considered the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, free time for visiting the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish may join the Rome Night Tour in the evening for 35 Euro, or the Antic Rome-style dinner and entertaining Night Tour for 75 Euro. Overnight at your hotel. 4. DAY             ROME – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Rome Airport depending on the flight time. After completing baggage and check-in procedures, depart for Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, the end of our tour and services.
