**Concert tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, and in the event of cancellation, a deduction of 300 EUR per person will be applied (including the free cancellation period of the reservation). **

• In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
• Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional crowding or the period. The prices stated by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to optional tours.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. 
• BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
• In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time provided by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Availability at hotels may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
• To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any resulting impediment belongs to the guests.                    
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent the flight.
• Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the agreement, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel according to availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours conducted along the route to provide the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
• The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, because the group departure was missed, the guest may partially or completely miss the program on the first day; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and receiving calls. 
• When briefly or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
