Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides. - To benefit from discounted package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour. - Extra tours are operated with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation falls below 20 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same. - Due to regional density or the period, prices in extra tours may change. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid. - Since bookings in the program are processed as VB, or when only category information is given without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before departure. - In our programs, the guide will meet in the destination to be visited; the guide service included in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide. - Guests must inform the guide at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes to extra tours. The refund status of a canceled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the distances stated. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date. - Panoramic city tours included in the package are tours organized for the general introduction of the city and are done from inside the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include museum or archaeological site admissions and last at most 2-3 hours. - BTB Tours is not responsible for the failure of panoramic tours and other tours stated in the program if, on the day and time of the tour, the places to be visited are closed by local authorities, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed. - In our tour programs, guide meet-and-greet takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel reception before the pickup time given by the guide. - Hotels listed in the program are offered as VB. Depending on availability, hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided, and the hotel name is not guaranteed. - We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency so they are not affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn currency is not accepted by banks in the destination. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style currency that banks would not accept. - For extra tour purchases, since transactions in the relevant destination are carried out in USD, the USD-EUR parity will be applied equally. - As our package tours are abroad-oriented, knowledge of foreign languages is the guests' own responsibility. GENERAL CONDITIONS - The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general conditions and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints arising despite this information being provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance. - For our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if the passport issue date is older than 10 years, it must be renewed. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to board by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way. - To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country applies a visa to Turkish citizens, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. - Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests. - BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS bears no responsibility regarding the passenger not obtaining a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no authority or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions. - When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate for a visa application, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and any situation that may prevent boarding. - For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, the provision of required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should take this period into account when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions. - If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not participate / cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar amounts, provided that they submit proof of unused visa with their passport no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained the visa on their own or with the help of another visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be made to the guest. - Depending on the city where the plane lands, routes may change. The type and time of the flight may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar hotel may be provided. These situations were informed at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES. - Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given; if suitable rooms are available in the hotels, the hotel will block them according to availability. - Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults. - The breakfasts provided in hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. - Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall. - During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility. - Guests must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy starting one day before and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and must carry the policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police in the relevant country. If a penalty is incurred for not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests. - Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may cause inability to obtain a visa or enter through the border gate for one or more other countries; since this is beyond BTB TOURS' control, the parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case. - For the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time, guests who do not wish to join tours conducted along the route must agree to wait with the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. When the excursion is over, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue. - Panoramic city tours are excursions organized for the introduction of the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most appropriate alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required majority is not reached, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change. - Tours or excursions that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for such tours or excursions not being carried out. - Airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single ticket for both outbound and return flights. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case. - Last-minute flight delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at airports. These must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, if the group departure is missed, the first day’s program may be partially or completely missed; in such a case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility. - Guests who wish to upgrade flight tickets with their miles may do so only after the tickets are issued, provided there is availability on the relevant airline flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group category, before upgrading the desired ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and change the ticket from the group category to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any such price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before departure. - Before leaving Turkey, please check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international outgoing/incoming calls so you can use your mobile phone abroad. - Please ensure that you have taken all your belongings with you when briefly leaving or fully departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels used during your trip. - BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown with, without altering the content of the program, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary. - BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same. - BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour. - Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third party, from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of such permission. - The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
