IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from the advantageous excursion package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. In cases of fewer than 10 participants, tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
• Price changes may occur in extra tours depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination to be visited; the guide service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the stated kilometers. In such cases, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours arranged for the general introduction of the cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration and not including museum or historical site entries. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours in cases where panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide meeting takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, you must be ready at the hotel reception where you are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
• We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so as not to be affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are for abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program specified at the time of reservation, together with the general terms and obligations below, must be communicated to the guests. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all the items in advance.
• If our guests traveling with a Turkish green passport have passports issued more than 10 years ago, they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible in any way.
• To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when deemed necessary; Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası only assumes the role of intermediary. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no sanction or responsibility in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the issued visa must be checked by the guest. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa and for any situation that may prevent the flight.
• For passengers who will apply for their visa on their own, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for possible disruptions.
• If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, then after the guest proves with their passport that the visa was not used within at most 1 week after the visa expiry date, they may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the routes. The type and time of the plane may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations have been notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS PURCHASED THE TOUR ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
• 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in 3-person rooms, and if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel makes the blocking according to availability.
• Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.
• The breakfast served in hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
• Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası or not, they must have an overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and they are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility belongs to our guests if they are fined for not carrying their travel insurance.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entering and exiting some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/other countries or inability to enter at the border gate, and since this situation is not under the control of Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası, the parties accept that Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası has no responsibility in such a case.
• For tours made on the route in order to provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion is finished. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient attendance is not reached, extra tours may not be held or the price may change.
• Excursions or tours that are not permitted to be visited or undertaken by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible for the inability to perform such excursions or tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be forfeited as well. The airline's rules apply in this case.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are shown on information boards/screens at the airports. These should be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or for personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous item). In addition, because the group's departure was missed, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the city/country with a different flight than the group, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the flight seats in our programs are group class, before upgrading the desired ticket, even if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to the economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/being called. 
• When leaving the transportation vehicles used during your trip or the hotels where you are staying, whether for a short time or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you. 
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be flown in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, without altering the content of the program.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, from their mother; and if traveling with a third person, from both mother and father. Arma Tur Turizm Seyahat Acentası cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of consent.
• The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
