• Provided that passports and necessary documents are delivered in full, the AGENT will assist with visa acquisitions. A passport must be valid for at least 6 months for international trips.
• The AGENT is not responsible for problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of the required documents for the visa.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Border police have the authority to deny entry to individuals. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• As there is an extra bed application in triple rooms at hotels, the 3rd bed may be smaller than the standard bed. In some hotels, there might be no extra bed application. The AGENT will inform its guests during the sales process about such hotels included in the packages.
• Child prices are valid only if the children are accommodated in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th guests. For the 0-2 year child application, the child must not be more than 2 years old on the tour return date, and for the 3-12 year child application, the child must not have reached 12 years old on the tour return date.
• Due to external reasons, the AGENT reserves the right to make changes to the program.
• If the participation in the tour is insufficient, the AGENT will inform its guests about cancellation/change 21 days before the tour departure.
• The AGENT acts as an intermediary between our passengers and the airline, and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times should be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Our passengers purchase the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.
• There is a 20 kg baggage allowance for domestic low-cost flights.
• The AGENT reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided that the category remains the same.
• Extra tours are organized under certain participation conditions. They may not be organized if there is insufficient participation. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement may be made.
• For extra tours conducted along the way, guests who will not participate will be directed by our guide to rest areas before entering the city.
• Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. The AGENT is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• In case of cancellation or change, the “AGENT SALES CONTRACT” will be valid.
• During the cruise, two of the dinners taken will be formal dinners, and it is recommended that every male passenger wanting to dine brings at least one suit, and females bring at least one evening gown.
• During the cruise, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner will be previously determined and numbered according to names. Therefore, from the first meal on board to the last meal, everyone will sit at the previously designated places.
• Upon check-in for the cruise, each passenger (only one person in couples) must present a credit card or deposit cash at the ship reception when receiving their cabin keys. Cash is not accepted anywhere except for the casino on the ship. The currency on board is EUR, and credit cards are accepted. You can check all your expenses on your room televisions.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc. onto the ship.
• At the beginning of our cruise, colored luggage tags for all of our group's suitcases will be provided along with your cruise ticket. You are required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not reach your cabins until late in the evening on the first day of embarkation. This is due to congestion and crowding and is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack your essential needs in a small carry-on bag to take with you on the first day.
• It is essential to adhere to the ship's departure times. Passengers must board the ship at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time at the ports; otherwise, you may be unable to board. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you need to collect your luggage by attaching the tags provided a night before to your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing our disembarkation process, our group will collect their luggage from the station containing their bags. WE REQUEST ALL GUESTS TO PICK UP THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.
• ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR DEPARTURE AND RETURN PLANE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS WHO DO NOT PRINT THEIR TICKETS FOR COUNTRY / SHIP ENTRY.
